“Fantastic stay! Hotel has been upgraded. Conveniently located at the Florida Mall. Shopping and food were easily accessible and I felt safe as solo female traveler!”

“Staying at the margaritaville cottages was amazing! It was our first time and we will definitely be going back. The only thing that wasn’t clearly communicated at booking is that this isn’t part of the hotel so you don’t get a change of towels or your bed made unless you call housekeeping 24 hours ahead and there is a charge. I also had to run out and by some multi surface cleaner to wipe everything down before we left as they ask that it be in the condition it was in when you first arrived....

“We had a large comfortable two bedroom for two couples. The bathrooms were not spotless but livable. The hot tub appeared to need a water change and/or chemicals - our bathing suites really smelled after using. Check in, security and parking was all really easy. Fast elevators; good size kitchen, nice balcony overlooking pool”

“We never stayed at a hotel like Sonder. The online communication and check in instructions were on point. The property was very clean. Our one bedroom suite was well appointed, there was everything we needed to cook a meal. My only complaint about the kitchen was that the coffee maker doesn’t keep the coffee warm. The safe could also be in a more convenient spot, it’s difficult to reach it so close to the floor. I particularly liked the Essentials Closet access. It’s so easy to replenish...
