“House was perfect for our needs. House is within a 20 min walk to city center and still have easy access to transportation. Pictures don’t do it justice; it’s much nicer. The back terrace is perfect to catch the ocean breeze in the morning or evening.”

“La maison de Velda est spacieuse, très bien équipée et très propre. La vue d'une des chambres et de la terrasse est magnifique. Quel plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner face à la mer et que dire du coucher de soleil!Les habitants du village sont très sympathiques. Il y a de petits magasins qui peuvent rendre service.Velda et son mari sont très gentils, leur accueil a été cordial et leur suggestion de restaurant était judicieuse. Nous avons passé un bon séjour..... avons orofité”

“Great location. Fabulous views. Fantastic little community of Paix Bouche. We are birders/photographers so the description in the property description of seeing the endemic Sisserou parrots up close and personal sold me. Although according to bird expert Dr. Birdy these are at Syndicate. But we did see up to 10 red-necked Amazon's in the Mango on property!! This was fantastic. “Nous avons sejourne 34 jours chez sharon et chris du 3 dec 2023 au 6 jan 2024. Le logement etait propre et fonctionel. Ce logement tres bien situe est a 10 minutes de marche du centre ville de roseau. Nous avons vraiment apprecier nos hotes car en plus de nous offrir le transport au port a l arrivee et au depart, ils repondaient a toutes nos questions et nous informaient des activites. En plus, ils nous ont inviter a partager leurs repas a noel et au jour de l an. Vraiment un couple merveilleux....

“The house is new and very clean. Ideally located near Mero and between Portsmouth and Roseau. We'll appointed kitchen. Lots of supplies (towels, kitchen stuff, bed linen, etc). Very quiet neighborhood with security cameras, lights and a steel gate entry for peace of mind. Owner was very responsive with query. Definitely the best place to stay in Dominica so far.”

Or il faut prendre un chemin très hasardeux, rempli de trous divers et en terre, qui nous emmène dans la montagne. Le chauffeur de taxi était furieux. Le logement en lui-même n'était pas vraiment propre, gras sur les plans de travail, les lits qui grinçaient, beaucoup de bruits avec la climatisation, fenêtres qui ne s'ouvraient pas pour aérer d'où une odeur de...

“This is our second time staying at Balisier, and as usual we had a fantastic stay. The property was clean, very well kept just as the picture and truly a home from home vacation spot. Ryan is a very good host anything we needed he was on the other end of the phone and arranging it, we lacked nothing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for quality accommodation and a fantastic location in Picard, Portsmouth. Keep up the good work Ryan we will be back.”
