“The room was the best one we’ve stayed in at the hotel ( 3 times this year ) The only downside was whoever was in the room above was walking around and making a noise up to about 3am That’s the first time this has happened while we stayed there All the staff were great, with a special mention to the restaurant staff ”

“The hotel was very ‘tired’ looking. Our room had condensation on a large window that wouldn’t go, it looked awful! Broken window in the bathroom. The bed!!!! On wheels with spindly little legs, every turn was accompanied with squeaks and springs going. The room had a ‘smoky’ smell, clearly it had been smoked in. The paint in the room was patchy and NOTHING like the photos on line. How is this a 3 star hotel????? 2 at best and that’s being generous. Hideous loud talking neighbour. 10am chuck out...
