“I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry.”

“We were just looking for somewhere on the south coast and not particularly Deal. We picked this one because it was the nicest one we found per the listing and it lived up to expectations. The rooms were all spacious and very tastefully furnished and decorated. Everything was spotless. The kitchen was much better equipped than other places we stayed. Sue was very friendly and good with communication about our stay. She met us at the property to show us round and also give advice about the area....

“Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sympathisch und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben sie sauber vorgefunden. Die Lage ist optimal, ruhig und gleichzeitig sehr zentral in Canterbury. Es gibt einen Parkplatz im Innenhof. Die Erklärungen für den Check-in waren präzise und gut umsetzbar. Klare Empfehlung. ”

“On our arrival at Love Lane the temperature outside was starting to drop (1st Feb 25), on opening the door the warmth from the heating hit you. The property was very clean, modern and cosy with extra blankets if you should need them. The owner lives at the back of the property and while we were there we didn't here them at all. Bed and bathroom were clean with plenty of room to move around. Tea and Coffee supplied with an additional coffee machine and pods was a nice touch. If you had any issues...

“The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. ”
