“This was my first time stay at Hotel Murano and I loved it. The room was clean. It was the middle of a heat wave but the AC worked great. The bed was SUPER comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly, especially the restaurant and bar staff. I wish I had gotten their names so I could shout them out, but just know that the restaurant and bar are worth a stop in for the service and the food! My only complaint is that parking is kind of expensive- $30 a day- but there was...

“The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful at check in and when I had any questions about the area. I decided to rent a care so I didn’t use the shuttle. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with healthy choices. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.”

“It was an ok stay at best. Quiet stay but property in general could use from updates, bathroom could have been cleaned better. The airport shuttle was behind and caused unneeded stress. No extra covers and the water in the shower was not warm.
Definitely not worth the cost per night. I stayed in waaaay over hotel in the beginning of the trip for the same price. My family and I just stayed here at the end of our cruise to be close to airport for convenience. Next time I rather pay extra money to...

“Helpful and friendly staff, but the person who checked us in was also vacuuming the lobby when we arrived. Nice initiative, but it speaks to understaffing. Not an attractive building - the parking lot is filled with cargo containers and the building itself appears to be undergoing exterior renovation. Kind of a creepy vibe. Breakfast was sparse - yogurt, waffles, prepacked hardboiled eggs. No meats, scrambled eggs, etc...”
