“avevo scelto nella stessa via altre 3 hotel, tradizionali, con mini cucina e stanza grande, questa volte ho cercato di scegliere una stanza con cucina per cucinarmi io, e non andare ai ristoranti. risultatao: la cucina NON funzionava, il frigo faceva un rumore impossibile, funzionava solo il microonde. inoltre mi era sfuggito che non facevano neanche la colazione, seppur minima. è la prima volta negli USA non c'era neanche il PHON”

“I WANT A REFUND. DID NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP! Conditions were FILTHY! Room was dirty, floor dirty and sticky, bathroom door handle broken. Light fixtures broken. Phone not working, TV not working, staff rude. When we checked in room was not ready, had to go out and come back. Only there 15 minutes, and was shocked by the terrible conditions. Asked for refund and were refused. I WANT A TOTAL REFUND!!! DID NOT STAY, HAD TO FIND A DIFFERENT CLEAN HOTEL. WANT SE URITY DEPOSIT BACK TOO!”

“The staff was great. It was Valentine’s Day and we received a free bottle of champagne, chocolates in the room and a teddy bear. The room was very clean and accommodating, especially the bathroom. The shower was the best part of the room. The jacuzzi was great, however there wrre a few minor cosmetic issues around the mirror wall that had me worried. Also, very few towels and pillows available, but the staff was very helpful in getting us more. Would visit again! ”
