“Place needs work with wholes in walls, needs a good cleaning, do not be fooled in the small print it says you have to pay extra for the master bedroom that is located in the annex however, in my booking it said included the annex and the manager asked for an extra $250 cash a night in order to open up the room. “This house is seriously amazing, one of my best rentals ever (& I have done a lot). It's huge, super clean & really beautiful. I couldn't have been happier. The Terrace is so gorgeous it's hard to tear yourself away. However, you can do the walk into Cavtat from just outside the house, the supermarket is only 8 mins walk (There is a shortcut) and the restaurant (Domestico) is fantastic too. “located near airport but plane noise is minimal, hardly noticeable. Far enough away from the tourist madness of Old Town Dubrovnick but close enough if you do want to visit. Easy walking distance to Stone Mill restaurant which is a must visit – highly entertaining. Pool is great with plenty of loungers and no neighbours. Rooms are large and clean. Owner was super friendly and met us at airport even though our flight was much delayed. Only thing I'd add is bring your own coffee maker . . . Top...

“Lovely villa split into 2 apartments which suited our family of 5 adults perfectly and provided plenty of space. Fantastic location to explore Dubrovnik and surrounding area or just chill by pool with amazing views or wander down to the beach which is 10 min walk down hill - water taxis and buses from Mlini are frequent so no need to hire a car . “There was a group of young adults traveling for our post wedding trip (25-30 ages). When we first checked in they were very kind and generous. Baked us a sweet treat and shared some local wine. If I was being picky there aren’t enough restaurants within short walking distance although there is a bus stop a short walk away that enables you to get to the old town of Dubrovnik within 30 minutes (€2 each). “Beautiful house that met all our needs! Linens, beach towels…we had all we needed. Relaxing by the pool after a hot day exploring Dubrovnik or just sitting around the table talking…the house was spacious and just perfect. The water views from the upper deck were nothing short of spectacular! Easy check-in and check-out process.
