Your first trip is on us!  Go Rafting, Ziplining, Trail Riding, Escape Room or Mountain Bike Rental and the first admission is on us.  This is a $50-$100 value per day.  With what you save in free activities will almost cover the nightly rate!
Sunset Cottage is an adorably decorated tiny cabin for 2 was originally a guest cottage located   As friends and family stayed in the cottage, they would encourage the owners to rent it out to travelers as i is perfecet for a couple for a shrt weekend stay,  . Sunset Cottage is nicely furnished with a flat-screen tv, wifi kitchenette, full bath, outdoor grill with picnic table, rocking chairs on the front porch to watch the sunset and even your firepit.  This cozy getaway is perfectly located to all of the outdoor activities in the area like hiking, mountain biking, rafting, ziplining, and kayaking.

There are 3 local breweries less than five miles away and several local restaurants in Ducktown and Copperhill.
Head into Blue Ridge for plenty of restaurants, wineries, and family-friendly activities. Stop into Mike's Trackside BBQ for their pulled pork, baked beans, ribs, green beans, coleslaw, and potato salads then head over to Serenberry Vineyards, Mercier Orchards, and Bear Claw Vineyards for some great wine tours, tastings, and fun. You might even get to check out some live music while you're enjoying your wine. Speaking of live music, Pickin' in the Park along the Toccoa River and Live Music is Better at Blue Ridge Community Theater feature some great local artists.

Quaint and relaxing
We enjoyed our stay here. Felt very private and had space for the dogs to enjoy as well. Beautiful area and small town. The front porch was well used and the stargazing was amazing. we will definitely be back

Fall weekend trip
The property is convenient to the Blue Ridge GA area with plenty of activity and restaurant choices. My only suggestion is to bring everything you need to eat and cook with you. There is a cooktop but had to look up instructions on the internet to figure out how to operate it. There is a Keurig but bring your own K cups. There was only one plate and no cooking utensils. Otherwise it is a very nice cottage and beautiful view. We enjoyed the fire pit and gas grill. It’s also very private with only one neighbor. My husband enjoyed the free zip line at Raft One also. Thank you for letting us stay!

This pics don’t do the cabin justice, it is so cute on the inside and overall a 10/10 experience! It is very close to many activities, you’ll have something to do everyday
