 Villa (casa vacanze) per 12 persone (anno di ristrutturazione 2016)
La nostra casa vacanze si trova a soli 50 metri dalla spiaggia sabbiosa.
La casa indipendente si trova su un terreno di 500 m² ed è divisa su tre livelli:
 Al piano terra si trova la cucina aperta che offre un'ampia autosufficienza con un piano cottura a induzione a quattro zone, una lavastoviglie e una combinazione frigorifero e congelatore.
Direttamente accanto alla cucina aperta si trova la zona pranzo e dall'altra parte c'è la zona giorno.
Dalla cucina è possibile raggiungere direttamente il giardino con griglia a carbone e terrazza ombreggiata, ideale per cenare all'aperto.
Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo conducono direttamente alla piscina.
Nei due piani superiori riceverai in ciascuna delle tre camere matrimoniali, tutte con bagno privato con doccia, WC e balcone e vista mare.
Un parcheggio (per sei veicoli) è proprio accanto alla casa sulla proprietà.

Le nostre case vacanza si trovano a Duce, una città situata tra Omis e Dugi Rat, sulla Riviera Omis.

Duce è un piccolo posto tranquillo, incastonato tra il mare Adriatico e la catena montuosa del Mosor. Il massiccio reale ricoperto da estese pinete, che si estendono fino alla spiaggia, decorano in modo speciale il luogo da sogno Duce. L'aria pulita, il clima mite e l'incantevole vista sul mare e sulle isole sono cose che colpiscono a prima vista ogni visitatore.

Le meravigliose spiagge sabbiose sono un fenomeno naturale e sono una delle principali destinazioni turistiche della costa della Dalmazia centrale. L'intera spiaggia è costantemente piatta e quindi ideale per famiglie con bambini piccoli.

La città di Omis, a soli 1,5 km da Duce, offre vari tipi di intrattenimento, attività ricreative e sportive. La storia di questa piccola città è lunga e molto interessante. Omis offre uno splendido paesaggio, circondato da ripide scogliere, il fiume Cetina e il mare. Pertanto, l'ecoturismo nelle famiglie rurali, sport come il rafting sulle rapide della Cetina, l'arrampicata su roccia, il surf, il nuoto in maratona e il beach volley sono una parte attraente delle attrazioni e delle attività turistiche.

A causa della posizione di Omis, alla foce del fiume Cetina nel mare e ai piedi delle rocce scoscese, il vento a Omiš non manca mai. Così il parapendio è uno dei più famosi sport estremi. Numerosi caffè e ristoranti lungo la costa e vicino alle città di Spalato e Omis offrono molte opzioni per il tempo libero e l'intrattenimento di alta qualità.

Perfect!
The villa was perfect for our family getaway - there were 6 adults and 4 children between 4 and 8. The villa had everything we needed and the host Ivan was very communicative and really helpful, offering to take us to the bigger supermarket if we needed it (which we didn’t as there was enough around for us to get by on - shops and cafes.) Omiš was quick and easy to get to on the bus and split was just over half an hour on the bus so really easy too! I would definitely recommend!

Great location and a nice house
We were an extended family of 10 people that stayed in the house. Everything was great, from help with transportation from the airport, helping us as we arrived early, helping us with what to do and where to eat locally, to being available for questions. The house was much closer to the beach than we had understood, just across the road, 50 m as announced. We recommend this house for any larger group of people that want to stay and cook together.

Lovely villa opposite the beach
Villa set on three floors, each bedroom has its own shower room/toilet. Plus one downstairs. Pool area was lovely, with shade in a seated outdoor area if needed. Washing machine and iron also available. Some rooms have a hairdryer, all have balconies. The rooms themselves are very good sizes, some with middle dressing rooms separating two sleep areas. A couple of points which we would have liked, a mirror within the bedrooms (there is one in the bathrooms) for the makeup wearers, and maybe a toaster, but the grill in the oven was adequate. Lovely villa, would recommend. And the owners are very friendly and meet you on arrival.

Huset var perfekt för oss, vi var 4 olika familjer och rummen och utrymmena var perfekta. Mycket bra pool och område runt huset. Nära till havet, resturanger, affär, buss m.m Huset värd hjälpte gärna till och skjutsa till en större mataffär och hämta oss efter en dagsutflykt, stort plus och beröm. Skulle gärna åka tillbaka

Wonderful
We stayed in Villa Antonija as a group of 5 adults and 3 teens. The villa was very spacious, exactly like the photos and absolutely spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the linen and towels premium quality. We were met on arrival and Ivan took us to the supermarket in Omis so we could stock up on groceries as we didn’t have a car. There is a local shop which will meet all your needs but has smaller quantities. The location near the beach and bus stop was perfect. The buses go very regularly into Omis-Split. Omis will cost you 2 euro though you can walk. The beach bars opposite were good value and very good quality food so we never ventured far in the evenings. Omis has rafting, canyoning and ziplining and is a charming place to visit with great food options. Overall we loved this villa and would return.

Excellent holiday
Everything about our holiday was fantastic. We were a party of 11 family and friends and all of us found Croatia to be the most friendly & beautiful place. Ivan and Marina, our villa hosts were the most helpful and kind people in so many ways. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We experienced a few problems of our own making but Ivan came to the rescue every time and we really appreciate it. Everything was so convenient, the small convenience store, the bus stop, the beach & loads of lovely restaurants (we can highly recommend Foram literally next door & across on the beach) Thank you Ivan & Marina for helping to make our holiday extremely memorable for all the right reasons

Perfect summer house for families
This house was perfect for our group of three families travelling together. Close to the beach, restaurants and a smaller supermarket. Walkingdistance to the Omis center or if you want to go to Split or Trogir, the bus stops right outside the house. The hosts are serviceminded to their fingertips and made our stay just perfect👍

Schöner und und erholsamer Urlaub
Großes Haus mit Pool und zwei Terassen, wo man sich wohl füllt. Die Lage ist super, nur ein Paar Gehminuten zum sandigen Strand. Das Wasser im Meer sehr angnehm. Ruhige Lage, schönes Wetter, leckeres Essen, Ausflugmöglichkeiten. So soll der Urlaub sein. Danke.

Hammer Urlaub!!!
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Leuten (15 Jahre bis 75 Jahre). Die Unterkunft war perfekt, auch haben wir bei Fragen sofort von Marina und Ivan Hilfe bekommen. Der Strand ist in nur 1 Minute Fußweg erreichbar und war super schön. Am Strand sind überall Bar´ s und Kneipen. In den Restaurant´ s war das Essen sehr gut. Wir sind nach Omis mit dem Bus gefahren, da die Busverbindung perfekt war. Mit dem Auto ist Omis, wegen den Parkmöglichkeiten, nicht so gut zu erreichen. Wir bedanken uns nochmals bei Marina und Ivan für den herrlichen Urlaub.

Lovely villa in great location with outstanding hosts
We cannot thank Ivan enough for all his help and attention before and during our stay. He and Marina met us on arrival even though we were late landing and showed us how to use everything etc. it was absolutely spotless and really well-equipped. Ivan gave us his number and came a number of times to take us to a bigger supermarket in his own car and he also organised a minibus to take us to Split and back for the day. The house itself is perfect for a big family or group as all the bedrooms are large and en-suite. We got a change of towels and sheets halfway through and Ivan came regularly to clean the pool and check the chlorine etc (always with notice). The pool is lovely and much needed as it was REALLY hot the whole time - there isn’t a shallow end so better for adults/teens/swimmers but might not be as good if you had little toddlers who wanted to stand up and paddle. We thought the kitchen facilities and how there was more than enough of everything was excellent - superior to other places stayed in. We enjoyed days round the pool and then all being able to sit round the table eating and playing cards and games in the evening. Location: ideal. Literally opposite the beach with easy access and several bars - Tamarind was good - and a small Konzum supermarket 2 min walk. Lots of water sports on offer -!: the sea is shallow and safe. You can get a small bus from the road into Omis (or back to Split) every 30 mins for about £1.65! However you can comfortably walk to Omis which you definitely should as it’s a beautiful town with winding streets, places to eat and boat trips to catch. We went to Brac island for the day which was lovely. We found all the restauranteurs very friendly and helpful and keen to make sure you enjoy your meal. We hope to come back again and want to say a big thank you again to Ivan for his care.

Fantastiskt hus
Väldigt fint och rymligt hus. Rent och snyggt. Nära till strand, restauranger och butik. Trevliga staden Omis ligger bara ett par kilometer bort. Värdarna Ivan och Marina var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi bodde 12 personer i huset och hade en underbar vecka! Bussen stannar precis utanför. Vi hade en hyrbil men kunde klarat oss utan den. En dag åkte vi in till Split som är en fantastisk vacker stad.

Fabulous stay would recommend and we will absolutely return
Stayed as a group of 6 friends and the House did not disappoint we had the benefit of a bedroom each which was fantastic and the house had everything you needed. The pool and outdoor eating area is fantastic and we used the bbq which was great. I’d highly recommend and a friend is ready to book for 2023 with her family. The Owners were lovely and so helpful they arranged our transfer and also took us to the supermarket which was above and beyond.

Toller Urlaub, schöne Villa
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Freunden im Alter von 21-32 Jahren. Check-In war ab 14:00 - wir sind um ca. 11 Uhr angekommen und konnten direkt bei der Villa parken. Die Besitzer haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir hatten bereits vor der Ankunft die Telefonnummern von beiden und konnten uns so ziemlich schnell verständigen. Um 14:00 Uhr war die Übergabe geplant. Da wir uns aber gerade in einer nahegelegenen Strandbar die Bäuche vollgeschlagen haben konnten wir diese ohne Probleme auf 14:30 verschieben. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Schön, groß und sauber. Leider sind in der Küche keine 1/2 Liter Gläser und Geschirrtücher vorhanden, also haben wir kurzerhand welche gekauft :). Betten waren sehr gemütlich und jedes der 6 Zimmer war mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Lage des Hauses war vorzüglich. Weg zum Strand: keine 1 1/2 Minuten. Weg zu einem kleinen Geschäft (dort bekommt man alles nötige für Frühstück und Snack): keine 1 1/2 Minuten. Weg zum Bäcker: keine 1 1/2 Minuten. Weg zum Obst und Gemüsestand: keine 30 Sekunden. Omiš ist auch zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar und eine nette kleine Stadt. Großes Lob an die Vermieter die ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend waren. Sie sprechen beide sehr sehr gutes Deutsch. Die Villa kann man jedem der einen gemütlichen Urlaub haben will nur an das Herz legen.

Amazing property and perfect location would definitely recommend
It was our first visit to Croatia and we couldn’t have been happier. The villa is spotlessly clean, a great size for our family of ten with a mix of ages from 3-73 and in a perfect location. The owners were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The six bedrooms were big with en-suite shower rooms so there was plenty of room for everyone. In terms of location this is probable the best villa we have stayed in. A nice beach just over the road (the sea was shallow which was perfect for the kids), a number of lovely restaurants in easy walking distance and a supermarket a few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend this lovely place. We have a great holiday 🥰

Perfect villa stay
Loved our holiday in Ivan & Marina's villa. The villa was very clean and spacious and had everything we required. Enjoyed sunbathing by the pool and having a bbq in the evening. Lovely walks on the beach just across the road. Also drove into Omis for ziplining which was amazing, so picturesque. Visited a few restaurants and bars nearby which were all enjoyable and reasonably priced. Plenty of supermarkets within a few kms. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Ivan & Marina who always responded quickly to any questions and gave good advice on the local area.

The beautiful property was spotlessly clean, our hosts welcomed us and introduced us to this lovely are. The property was large enough for our three generations of family and the pool and lovely shaded area made it a very enjoyable stay.

Super Family Trip
Nine of us aged 4 -70 very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts Marina and Ivan were knowledgeable and helpful. Delightful location very close to beach and shops cafes and restaurants. Memorable early morning walks on the beach for coffee. Excellent sandy beach - clean clear water which was shallow and safe for our little ones. Relaxed atmosphere and there was always somewhere shady to sit and enjoy a book or game and as we were blessed with hot weather the pool was a favourite spot. Nearby the adventurous members of the family enjoyed the zip wire and most of us went rafting.Thank you Marina and Ivan for friendly advice and arranging boat trip for family.

Fabulous Family Holiday
We had a fantastic time at the house. We were a group of 12 (7 adults and 5 children) and the house was plenty big enough. The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival and the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. They also helped us book a few excursions including a boat day trip which collected us from the beach opposite the house. The pool was definitely a bonus, as was the outside bbq. The outside seating area is a lovely addition to the main house. There are plenty of amenities nearby including several bakeries, a fruit stall, restaurants and a corner shop. A larger supermarket is within a 5 minute drive. We would definitely book the house again if we return to Duce!

Perfekt för alla generationer!
Marina och Ivan tog emot och välkomnade oss med stora leenden. Bra början! Vi kommer lite tidigare än planerat men städningen var klanderfri. Ivan tittade till oss ett flertal gånger under veckan, tryggt! Att alla rum hade egen toalett/dusch var helt suveränt, det blev aldrig kö :). Vi och barn och barnbarn trivdes direkt och alla kastade sig i poolen nästan direkt. Vi kunde utan problem hålla koll på barnbarnen när dom badade. Den lilla Konzum-butiken precis bredvid hade det mesta man behövde, dessutom kunde vi köpa färskt bröd i en brödbod tvärsöver gatan. Med andra ord en perfekt vecka!
