“When I arrived the signs through the front door was confusing. I just found my way through to the bar where I spoke to the lovely staff behind the bar. Staff were really nice. Was shown to my room. “Excellent hotel and facilities, however book direct with hotel. Expedia charged me a rate snd then the hotel sent a confirmation e mail wuth invoice £13 cheaper than the non returnable price paid to Exprdia. Hotel said that what Expedia pay them and they had no arrangement for expedia charging commission for booking through them. I wont be using Exprdia for future bookings! ”
