“Convenient location, close to shops and eateries, spacious apartment and friendly staff are the pluses. The decor and furniture are a bit dated. The bath tub had a crack on the outside and was mended by a tape. Servicing was to be provided every 3 days. We stayed for 4 nights and staff kindly helped arrange servicing after 2 nights when we requested. Overall we were satisfied given the favourable pricing. ”

“Great location in between Manuka and Kingston villages (closer to Kingston), walking distance to both and to Manuka oval. Nice quiet area. Very comfortable accomodation, very neat and clean. Great communication and very easy to deal with. A lovely short-term stay.”

“Being an idiot, I booked Sunday night instead of Saturday night and were an hour away from the property when I discovered this. When I rang them, they only had 1 much larger apartment available. However, the person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and arranged to change the Expedia booking and also gave us the upgraded room for the same as price as booked. Such excellent (and appreciated) service. Plus, the apartment was clean and outstanding.”

“From the moment you pull up in the car at this hotel you realize it will have some challenges. All the spots are taken in front of the hotel at the 1/2 hour parking area nearest the check in and were for our entire three night stay. Instead you need to park in the garage below the building and try and figure out the maze into the hotel with no signage and poor lighting. (Don't even try to use the Wilson parking App, it doesn't work) The rooms face the Lake and Capital, which is excellent, but...

“Great walk to the Westfield in Belconnen and otherwise an easy access to scooters to get where you want to go, good ol' uni students in a share dorm so if you're an old codger that likes quiet then you won't want to be here, because uni students lol Was a bit annoyed with the boom gates to get in/out of the parking lot as it never worked and needed to ring the office to be let in/out, but otherwise not shabby, Hella comfy bed ”
