“Absolutely wonderful stay. We were two families (with two 13yos and two 10yos) and had a wonderful time swimming in the ocean and in the pool, walking on the beach, playing volleyball and horseshoe, and watching the whales and birds. “This is a really beautiful house and was great for our family and friends, a group of 7. I won't duplicate what other reviewers have said. Would stay again. Some thoughts: The beach at the end of the street is not really swimmable. There are huge rocks and boulders. You may be able to do a bit of snorkeling but not swim. “The host never contacted us and we were almost left stranded that night. Luckily we got a room at a hotel nearby and then another Vrbo for the rest of our trip but now we have to deal with the ordeal of refunds. Absolutely ridiculous that Vrbo didn't catch this sooner and they took our money. ”

“Olivia was great and greeted us at the gate when we arrived. The house is very well stocked with great quality items which gave a feeling of having a luxury resort all to your self. The view is phenomenal. We were lucky enough to see whales throughout the entire stay from the pool/patios. Very quiet and relaxing. The house is fabulous. Very well thought out amenities! We can’t wait to come back to stay again.”

“Our family stayed over Xmas 2024! 10 adults 4 children under the age of 4. Everything was spectacular! The golf carts were a great addition getting us around the neighborhood and to the beach club! The beach club was terrific but on check in I was informed the “good news” that we were able to use the club which I didn’t know was not a given. Maybe need to be more specific that the beach club might not be available. We used to club a lot and was a highlight! San Jose de Cabo is such a cool town!...
