“Thank you for being dog friendly! Room clean and nice. Morning Cafe is too small and crowded. Most of food gone by 8:00, or not enough staff to restock ”

“The only problem was that there was no shampoo and I didn't have a hair dryer. I went to request it at the front desk and the person who helped me told me that he didn't have it with him. That I had to go get it from storage and that since he was the only one there, I had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come and get it. 48 hours have passed and I'm still waiting for notification that the hair dryer is already at the front desk so I can go get it.”

“Stayed two nights. First night on second floor which had lots of stains on couch and floor, also was noisy from above guests. Moved rooms to 3rd floor for second night and had much more pleasant experience. Hallway on 3rd floor was cleaner, room was cleaner, keurig machine was updated and nicer. 2nd and 3rd floor were nearly completely different hotels. Breakfast had variety of great options, food was hot and fresh. Staff was great all around the hotel and welcoming. Wish pool area was cleaner...
