“I’ve stayed here when it was still Sonder. I would like the hotel to provide square footage of the rooms on booking sites. Also in the past Sonder would offer early check depending on the time at 20 or 30 dollars. Hotel Houze charges 50 dollars regardless of time. The earliest they allow check in is 330. 50 is a bit high for early check in. Other than that ”

“We forget to Ask for room service, so room is not made up daily. We asked for handicap room and none were available. Plus we asked for a room with a walk in shower and the room only had a tub. The hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant. But they ended up having to give us additional add on's to make the room suitable for my husband to be able to get around. ”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. “The mattress was softer than it should be. When I checked in the staff was a bit surly. They put me in a room on the third floor with no elevator and I’m 65. I emailed in advance where I could get breakfast in the area and their recommendation made no sense and a Google search didn’t turn anything up. It’s a weird place and I don’t plan to return. ”

“The area is looking pretty run down currently. The front desk staff was helpful. I got a voucher for parking across the street at Airlines Parking and that was useful. I accidentally booked an accessible room and it was pretty outdated though clean. The hotel needs some work regarding design and general upkeep inside but my room was clean and the bed was super comfy for a good nights sleep.”
