“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “I gave 3 stars for amenities. They have a great gym and a very nice pool. The pool was closed for maintenance the entire week From what I understand they couldn’t get the chemical levels right. Disappointing for me as the pool was one of deciding factors on booking this hotel. The staff is super nice and accommodating, the breakfast selection is very good and the lady is constantly restocking everything. I would definitely stay here again but I will make sure the pool is in working condition.”
