“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. “We forget to Ask for room service, so room is not made up daily. We asked for handicap room and none were available. Plus we asked for a room with a walk in shower and the room only had a tub. The hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant. But they ended up having to give us additional add on's to make the room suitable for my husband to be able to get around. ”

“The area is looking pretty run down currently. The front desk staff was helpful. I got a voucher for parking across the street at Airlines Parking and that was useful. I accidentally booked an accessible room and it was pretty outdated though clean. The hotel needs some work regarding design and general upkeep inside but my room was clean and the bed was super comfy for a good nights sleep.”
