“This hotel is in a great location, close to downtown and beautiful South Hill parks. I was worried about noise from traffic and helicopters (air ambulances), but the walls and windows kept the noise to a minimum. Our room was on the road and hospital (north) side. “It was good location to for the area we needed. Front desk service was great. Room was a little small. Bed was good but pillows were mediocre. AC/Heat had a super loud buzzing to it. Train goes by often. Loved the movie being projected outside but sad it only played for a couple hours. ”
