“The property description was inaccurate. There is no dishwasher as described in the listing. The washer/dryer and grill were underhouse behind heavy garage door and down outdoor slope to access. Of particular concern was the state of the king and queen size beds. Both were extremely hard, with mattress springs that could be felt. Beds need replacing. “We stayed at this house for a week in August and enjoyed our time here! It is a bit of a walk to the beach but not too bad. The listing was accurate and the beds were pretty comfy (one of the two bigger beds was too soft for our taste but that's a personal thing). Regular communication from the property manager. “This is lovely property in Eastham and we had a very pleasant first stay at CC. It was close to several beaches and dining, was off the main road and so was safe for the kids to play outside. The cottage was very clean and furnished nicely with a lot of kitchen essentials, extra sheets and other home supplies. “Wonderful home with enough space for everyone including dogs. The home had everything we needed and the attention to detail was well received. There were a couple issues with the appliances but the staff responded quickly and were very kind. Note the fenced yard is not foolproof for little dogs. Would definitely stay again. We enjoyed our time there immensely.”
