The Space:
Miles View Villa boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, providing ample space for families or groups of friends. Each room is designed with comfort and style in mind, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The open-concept living area features large windows that flood the space with natural light and offer stunning views of the water. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, which you can enjoy in the elegant dining area or outside on the expansive patio.

Our expansive patio is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, enjoy a leisurely lunch, or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. With direct access to the water, you can spend your days kayaking, fishing, or simply lounging by the shore. The lush, landscaped grounds provide a peaceful setting for outdoor relaxation and recreation.

While Miles View Villa feels like a secluded paradise, it's conveniently located just 10 Minutes to St. Michaels and Easton. Enjoy charming shops, and delightful restaurants. Whether you seek adventure or relaxation, there's something for everyone.

Please note that we provide a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels to start your vacation. We recommend bringing additional supplies for your personal use.

Your peace and privacy are our priorities, but we're always here to enhance your experience. From insider tips on local gems to ensuring every comfort, consider Flaneur as your waterfront hosts.

Guest Access:
Check in instructions are ent 48 hours prior to arrival . Keyless entry code will be provided.

Other Things to Note:
All guests are required to sign a lease agreement to secure their reservation as mandated by Talbot County Code.

We welcome your furry friends with a $200 nonrefundable pet fee.

Interaction with Guests:
The guest experience is our main priority and we are available to guests as needed.

We provide a 24 hour contact for all guests while on property. We ask that they contact us between the hours of 8am and 8pm unless it is an emergency and needs immediate attention.

Guests are notified of check in details 48 hours prior to arrival.
Check out instructions are texted within 24 hours of departure.

What a View!

We had a nice stay. The house is located on the Miles River and the views are amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chairs by the water.

Amazing views!

We truly loved our stay! The home was super comfortable and well stocked for making Thanksgiving dinner for 6. We loved just looking out at the geese, swans and blue herons ! Really lovely. We’ll be back!

Beautiful home with a view

My family and I were visiting from out of town for a Celebration of Life and stayed in this home and it was the perfect place with the most beautiful views. The open concept, cozy decor, and beautiful kitchen made it so easy to all be together but still have our own space. The owners were so easy to communicate with. I would absolutely stay at this property again!!

Wonderful views!

Miles View Villa provided adequate space for a family of 8! The views from the property were spectacular. We use the dock for fishing and to launch kayaks! Close proximity to Saint Michael’s as well as the Oxford Bellevue ferry.

Relaxing stay at a relaxing spot

Location is super relaxing and the house is spacious, relaxing, accommodating, and inviting to enjoy the spectacular views of the bay. The house comfortably houses 8 people, and enables for all guests to both enjoy time together and apart. The house is located 2 miles from downtown St. Michael's and 7 miles from downtown Easton.

Fun escape w/ tranquil views!

The property is gorgeous and provides tranquil views of the water! Our group truly enjoyed our stay and the stunning views. The property is located about 10 - 15 mins from the center of St. Michael. Local transportation is a bit of a challenge (lacking in this area) and due to the low water level on the dock - water taxi service was unavailable for our stay. This was a challenge at times as we would have preferred to use local transportation vs drive. However, it would not deter us from a future visit. Local area information/key places to visit could be updated on site or provided prior to arrival to assist in planning. Hot weather & rainy day did not keep us from fun! Overall we had a great weekend away and loved exploring St. Michaels & Oxford!
