Appartamento nuovo di zecca che è stato arredato con gusto. Questo è veramente un incredibile 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni appartamento con parcheggio. Non saresti deluso!

Gli ospiti hanno accesso a tutto l'appartamento. Accogliamo gli ospiti all'arrivo :)

La struttura è in una vicinanza centrale molto popolare - tutte le principali attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi!

La sua facile passeggiata ovunque, tuttavia ci sono diversi autobus che coprono la città una passeggiata a piedi, o la stazione del tram e della stazione sono solo circa 5 minuti a piedi - davvero non poteva essere in una posizione migliore! Vieni a vedere per te ...

C'è un certo lavoro di costruzione che si svolge nel parcheggio nel retro dell'edificio, questo appartamento è davanti, quindi una volta dentro non saprai che accadrà! Siamo anche al 4 ° piano, con vista sulla città - ma non ti preoccupare c'è un ascensore per aiutarti con i tuoi bagagli.

Appartamenti di vacanza davvero non avere niente di meglio di questo!

Gorgeous and immaculate

Absolutely immaculate lovely apartment. Well appointed and laid out. The bedrooms are cozy and comfy. Some street noise with Windows open but not significant, however, I would have appreciated some more sun blocking on the bedroom windows. One of the nicest VRBOs I've ever stayed in.

Beautifully decorated and clean

Great location and beautifully decorated! Walking distance to many attractions. It is located next to a bus terminal so traffic can be disruptive for light sleepers if windows are left open throughout the night. Communication with the host was great the first day of check-in. After check-in, however, the host was slow to respond to inquiries.

A lovely, clean, spacious, well equipped flat in a great central location. We really enjoyed our few days in Edinburgh and it was a pleasure to come back to the flat each evening to relax. We loved the central location - 5 minutes to catch buses in to town at the top of the road or a 15 minute walk to the centre. We bought a 48 hour Edinburgh Tour Bus ticket which took us right out to the Botanical Gardens and The Royal Yacht Britannia at Leith as well as all other areas of Edinburgh. A visit to the Parliament building and the a fab walk up to Arthur's Seat on our final morning. We will highly recommend this property to friends and family - also the parking was great - lots of space and very secure! 😀

Charming apartment

My husband and I, plus another couple who are great travel buddies, stayed here for a week. It was clean, airy, and very comfortable, with modern appliances and comfortable beds. It was a short walk to the Royal Mile, about 15-20 minutes, and other central Edinburgh sights. You won’t want to keep windows open at night (too old anyway) because the city bus parking lot is across the street, though we were entertained watching the drivers fit 60 buses into the small lot. Highly recommend this apartment.

Clean and nice!

The location in Edinburgh is good although it is across the street from the bus depot which can be loud. Arrival was easy with great communication. The condo was very clean & nice! Perfect for 2-4 people. We enjoyed our stay and recomend this accommodation.

Nice, clean apartment in great location.

My family spent two nights here. The apartment was very clean with plenty of space, including a great kitchen. It was in a perfect location. 15 minute walk to catch the hop on/off bus tour and 5 minute walk to several great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

Totally in awe at how beautiful this apartment was when we walked in the door!

Two couples from Ontario Canada stayed a week. Bedrooms were spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms very modern. Very close to the bus route. Although there was a busy bus terminal across the street, the noise from the buses coming and going was not even an issue. We would highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable, Convenient

First off, the location was great. It's a leisurely 30-minute walk to Edinburgh Castle from this apartment. Parking is located behind the building in an off-street, private lot. The accommodations were comfortable and roomy. The master bedroom has one large bed, where the second bedroom has two twin/single beds. We were two couples, so it would have been nice if the twins could've been slid together to make a larger bed, but we didn't expect that when booking so no points off the review. For morning coffee, the only options were a K-cup machine and a french press. (No K-cups were provided or at least we didn't find any, so if you want to use them, plan to bring them with you.) It would've been nice to have a regular coffee maker since we had four people who wanted coffee at the same time. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Nice to look at but not practical for travelers

Nicely decorated apartment but only 1 key for two couples to share. Plus we could not drop off our luggage even a few hours earlier than check in which meant we had to pay to store our luggage at the train station which is not cheap! Should have just stayed at a hotel instead.

Pristine, well-appointed and well- maintained apartment in convenient Edinburgh location

The building, like the apartment, is modern, quiet, well-maintained and within walking distance of almost any amenity one would need. The apartment totally lived up to its description and was exactly as pictured on Homeaway. It was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable even for a family of four. The property's location across the street from a major bus facility, which is noisy late into the night and early in the morning, was not a problem as long as the weather allowed for the air-tight and noise-reducing windows to be closed. Our stay was during an unusually hot summer, so we needed the windows to be open some nights which caused some sleep disturbance for the lighter sleepers in our family. That said, even the interior doors were solid and noise-reducing so that the night-owls in our family coming home late did not disturb those of us already in bed. We could have been better-informed about the location of the household information regarding appliances. When we had a problem with the high-tech washer/dryer, it took several calls to find out that the appliance manual was in the apartment and available to help us navigate the European-style washer/dryer. Overall, our experience in this apartment was perfect and we would readily rent this apartment again when we are in Edinburgh or recommend it to others.

Very Nice Accommodations!

We were very impressed with this apartment. It felt very new, both the building itself and the apartment. It's very open & spacious (we were a family of 4 adults). Bathrooms are particularly nice and kitchen was open and well stocked. The location is close-in enough for a reasonable walk to the nearest Tram stop, but it is not what you would consider really super close to the main tourist area itself. However, it is not a bad walk all the way into town if you are 'walkers' and we did so a couple of times. To summarize, we loved it and I would highly recommend!

Great stay

The value was excellent. Comfortable apartment and we were a family of 4. Easy quick walk up the hill to a great place for coffee in the morning, a terrific pub, good restaurant, grocery store, main bus route etc..not in the main tourist area, but loved it. It is across from the bus headquarters of sorts so can be noisy with windows open. However, the windows are extremely high quality and when closed could not hear anything of it. Again, very liveable apartment and would work for a very long stay if necessary.

Lovely new and modern with everything needed to enjoy your time in Edinburgh. The location was good-a short walk to all the tourist destinations and to many restaurants and shops. Elspeth met us on checking in and was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this flat and would absolutely stay there again if I return to the beautiful city of Edinburgh.

Super schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral gelegen und mit einem Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Das ist schon wichtig in einer Großstadt wie Edinburgh, da man auf den Straßen immer nur zeitlich beschränkt parken durfte. Die Wohnung verfügte über alles was man braucht und lag sehr zentral, man war sehr schnell in der City. Edinburgh sollte man gesehen haben, wenn man eine Reise nach Schottland macht. Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung ist dabei absolut zu empfehlen.

Perfect spot for a stay in Edinburgh!

Beautiful 2bedroom, 2bath flat that is perfectly located in Edinburgh. Right around the corner from great restaurants and pubs and a short 10 min walk to city center, this flat is where it is at! (For Hogmanay, you can see all three fireworks displays from the living area windows!). Eventhough it is directly across the street from the bus terminal, the flat is surprisingly quiet! Wonderful check in and check out process as well! Great communicating host!
