“The studio cottage was perfect for my month visiting UC Berkeley. It was exactly as described, everything was functional and fresh. It was also a great find and luxury to have our own laundry. It is in a quiet area, yet about a 5 minutes walk from Trader Joes and restaurants. Easy to get around by walking, city bike, and bus. Good walking distance to the university also. “We were in West Oakland for a few days to get my adult daughter settled into her new apartment and job. This space was just what we needed as a place to rest and relax in between work, and we had everything we needed to cook light meals and make coffee. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The designated parking did not work for my Ford Flex, but street parking was simple enough. A smaller vehicle would work though. It was an easy drive to get everywhere we needed to be.”
