This place was perfect for what we desired: quiet, animals around, hot tub and ease for grilling on a provided camping propane grill in the back area. Just be sure to plan meals for small grill or reheat in a microwave as there’s not a full kitchen, if you’re not wanting to go to MtShasta to eat. “Great little property! Internet is challenging but otherwise a lovely location with everything you could need. Heads up- the rental property running this property (Evolve) will overcharge your credit card because of “3rd party fees not listed on your Expedia pricing” if you are booking through Expedia. Make sure to get your Expedia receipt bc you will need it to dispute your credit card bill. This is unacceptable and wasted time I wasn’t planning on arguing over a couple hundred dollars. ”

“This was ideal for two senior women. Two upstair bedrooms with large and comfortable beds, and each had its own closet and bathroom. Full size kitchen was well appointed, with a small but adequate dining area. Heating system worked well. The apartment is well lit from windows during the day and good lighting at night. Easy to park in front of and get into. ”

“Fish Inn is a really wonderful little cabin. You can walk to Hat Creek and on to a picnic area and campground (and the spatter cone trail). Joann is an amazing host. She greeted us and made sure to let us know she was available if we needed anything. The cabin has all you need for a comfortable stay; the fenced in yard is great for a dog. We highly recommend !!”
