“Beautiful old building, allowing you to experience what an old “archontiko” would be like. Perfect location for us, but there are some steps that cannot be avoided. Staff are simply wonderful and incredibly kind. With a few simple changes this place can become exceptional. Our A/C unit was pretty old and was not doing a good enough job. Room amenities could be improved. A bottle of water in the fridge for example would be very much appreciated.”

The service was amazing and included delicious breakfasts provided in the morning on an outdoor patio by a very helpful hostess who provided lots of advice about things to do in the area. “The hotel and staff were excellent and did try to accommodate my food choices (I’m vegan ). Generally I think more vegan options could be made available now we are in 2024 and vegans are more common. Even non vegans choose plant based sometimes. Anyway the hotel was lovely. We did feel under pressure to leave at 11am precisely at check out time but did appreciate the lift to the port area. I would recommend this hotel highly however. ”
