“Excellent location across the street from the beach and down the road from the Village and all the shopping and restaurants. Big unit with lots of space to spread out. Very clean and comfortable. Large shared garage was super convenient - our large SUV fit fine. Would absolutely book again. ”

“All in all a great home. Everything as advertised. Beds and sofa were comfortable. Everything was clean. We'll stay here again. Words of advice, however, there is no wifi on the balcony. We suggested to management that they fix that since we spent a lot of time out there. And, our Verizon and AT&T phones had no signal on the balcony, so be forewarned. “We were lucky as in Sept we snuck a peek at the empty house on a family visit to the area. We have 9 family in Carlsbad-O'Side.The Beach house is just as listed, and the past 2024-25 reviews are very accurate. We found almost nothing wrong at all with the house. “Great location (15-30 minutes to every iconic San Diego Thing), quiet neighborhood, and the host was incredibly responsive - sending help right away when the hot tub didn't work and personally getting toys out of storage for our kids when we had some very rainy days that made it hard to be outside. :) ”
