“Property was adequate for our needs”

“It was ok for a last minute room but there was people outside or in the lobby asking for stuff”

“Our truck broke down on the freeway and was towed to Beresford. We asked if we could check in early and the manager said we could. We were able to check in at 12:30pm for a VERY small fee. This was extremely helpful as my husband had just had surgery and needed to rest. The staff was extremely helpful- they helped with our luggage and brought it to our room. I am extremely grateful for the kindness they gave to us. I HIGHLY recommend this property!”

“Arrived at the site at 5:30PM. No one available. Sign on window said to call # for information. Had no cell service at location. Noted that someone had attempted to call me earlier from same area code but no message left. Went into the town hoping to get cell coverage but again nothing. It was a Sunday evening and everything closed. Thought I was going to have to sleep in my car for the night. Went back to the hotel so not to be disturbed by the police etc. While there noted another couple...

“Outdated room. Stained and ripped carpet-had a rectangle shaped hole cut out of it in front of the door. Stingy with the coffee, and cups. Musky smell throughout, shower curtain was dirty at the bottom. Loud voices several rooms down from us. 2nd floor-no elevator so had to carry our luggage a flight of stairs. ”
