“Well built concrete establishment that survived the hurricane! Nice sized well decorated and stocked with almost everything you could need. You will not run out of towels and toiletries, with a little bit of extras in case you may have forgotten a basic necessity. The pool was an added bonus, but with a newer pump the key pad was a little difficult to use. We arrived 2 hours before our 4pm check in. The host was finishing up cleaning and allowed us to enter early and sit out back till they...

“Struttura esternamente nuova, con parcheggio gratuito. Nelle foto avevo visto che c era la piscina, invece era in manutenzione. Le stanze carine ma il divano letto scomodo. Nel bagno c era la lavatrice ma era tutta arrugginita, quindi non l ho usata. Top la vista sul mare. Nei dintorni qualche ristorante ma sinceramente mi aspettavo di più. Nel complesso buono ma con quel prezzo avrei scelto altro”

“Wonderful to just walk out the door and onto the beach! Everything was nice: well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, washer and dryer etc. Some construction still going on, but this is the case for most places in Fort Myers Beach and it never bothered us. Great place to stay.”

“The view of the water and sunsets were beautiful. We understand that the renewal of the beach is needed but weren't pleased that they worked all night long. Also, there was a toilet leak that was an inconvenience but those type of things happen. We were pleased with communication with Mike and also enjoyed the restaurants and quietness of the south end of the island”
