“They don’t change sheets, don’t pickup garbage, neither give you towels during whole your stay. I stayed for 2 nights and nobody picked up the garbage, neither gave a clean towels! It is insane and not normal. The concierge is friendly but that is irrelevant while you don’t get basic needs. Only good thing is the location, very central ”

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. When I needed something extra the staff found it for me. There was some light wear and tear on the walls, but nothing too bad. The area was easy to get to the Dolmabahce Saray and Taksim Square. We would definitely stay here again.”
