Location, location, location. This newly built Maine log cabin just off Rt. 27, is only a short distance to many of Maine’s most desired locations. This location offers something for every season; skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, cross country skiing, fat biking, dog sled rides, ATV, water-sports, hiking, fishing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, white water rafting, and leaf peeping. For your convenience, the ATV trail runs through the property and property is large enough to hold more than one trailer. Only 20 minutes from Sugarloaf and 40 minutes to Saddleback mountain, and just a short distance from a variety of dining options; pubs, seafood, fine dining, and much much more. Enjoy coming home to the privacy of your own yard after spending the day taking in all the local attractions.

Great place
I have to repeat my previous review, It is just great to stay here and there is nothing I can think of that would make it better. Yes, the water pressure is low in the bathroom, but we can live with it. Super stay, and we certainly will return.

Amazing property, we enjoyed our stay. The amenities are abundant. Just bring your clothes and groceries for your stay. The beds are excellent. There is just one comment and that is the water pressure in the bathroom, it is very low. There is some traffic noise but not annoying, unless you want total silence. The area is beautiful for hikes. Lots of places to go out for eating. Fishing possibilities are also not a problem. All in all it is an awesome place to stay.

Property description was in-accurately described:
The property location was in the best spot for skiing and snowmobiling, the driveway was very large and easy to fit a snowmobile trailer and truck, the driveway was also well plowed and the cabin was beautiful and very well furnished, the mattresses was very comfortable and the cabin was very warm. Below is some issues with the property: The description of the property noted ITS trail access but the trail leading to the main trail was not well prepared and was not ideal because the trail was not completely cleared, there was a log in the middle of the trail which caused our snowmobile to tip and the trail was very steep, winding and narrow. In regards to the maintenance of the property the shower’s hot water pressure was so low that very little water was coming out of the shower head and the kitchen sink was incompletely together and sprayed water everywhere (on us and the counter, on medium water pressure) there needs to be more sponges and cleaning supples on the property.

Perfect Cabin in Eustis
This property was the perfect location for a snowmobile weekend with family. It was a beautiful spot, very clean, comfortable and welcoming. It had easy access to the trails and space for trailer parking. We had a wonderful stay and hope to go back soon.

Amazing cabin in Eustis
We had an amazing time in Eustis and Meredith was a fantastic host. The cabin was among the best places we've every stayed. Beautiful inside and out. Very clean, new, comfortable with everything one could need for their getaway. Very close to trails, gas station/well stocked grocery store, and restaurants. Close to Sugarloaf. We enjoyed a day of skiing and another of just hiking on the snow covered roads and paths. Love Eustis and this location!

Cozy cabin
The cabin was very clean upon our arrival and check in was really simple. Plenty of room for kids in the loft, appreciated the 3 full sized beds, they were really comfy! Downstairs lay out was large and roomy for the whole family. Easy access to the snowmobile trails and we spent some time at Sugarloaf, about 15 minutes away. Overall great accommodations we would definetly rent again!

Cozy cabin!
We had a great stay in the cabin! It was clean and everything listed was accurate. Nice, quiet location and is close to some great restaurants in town, hiking trails, and Sugarloaf. The internet worked well so we could work when needed. Would definitely stay again.

Hidden gem for a getaway
We had a wonderful stay over New Years. Tons of room for our family, comfortable, clean, plenty of light - a perfect place to relax after skiing at nearby Sugarloaf. The local market has a surprisingly good selection of food and drink just a mile or so down the road. The hosts are responsive and helpful as well (we needed to find a nearby pharmacy). While we made use of the kitchen, it looked like there are a few restaurants in nearby Stafford, too.

Beautiful Maine Cabin!
What a beautiful, brand new cabin! The kids loved staying in the loft. It is a great place for any family to stay. The owners were fantastic and really made us feel welcome. It was 15-20 minutes to Sugarloaf. There is a grocery store, gas station, and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the birds-in-flight museum which was a short drive. Would highly recommend!!! We loved it!!!
