Most airbnbs have the basic necessities like linens, kitchen utensils etc., but not many have their own personal theater room, popcorn machine, Icee maker, gazebo, hot tub on deck, trampoline, garage availability AND a treehouse!
Not only does this family friendly home have everything you will need inside, but is also placed in the perfect location. Chena's Sanctuary is close to popular restaurants (see guidebook), the Chena River, West side Barber Lounge, and grocery stores for your convienece.

*Upstairs has 2 bedroooms- Queen bed in one and a Full bed in the other.
*Downstairs has theater room with a Full size Murphy bed and the bedroom has a queen size.
*Garage can fit one car, but driveway can fit 2
* Hot tub can fit four people comfortably, but the max is 6
*Highspeed wifi
*Very efficient washer and dryer

Entire home is your for your stay.

This home is located in a nice area surrounded by good people.

The neighborhood is very close to store. It is easy for a long walk, biking and driving around. No paid parking. Many parking spots around the stores.

All the amenities but....
There are plenty of things to entertain and occupy your time with this VRBO. We were in Fairbanks for a family gathering which kept us busy at other places so we weren't able to enjoy the amenities as much as we liked. Pros? Indoor and outdoor amenities, e.g. hot tub, trampoline, TV/gaming setup, tree house, overall cleanliness, bath and kitchen facilities, nice washer and dryer. Cons? The property needs some maintenance, indoors and out. No screens on the windows which is a BIG turnoff in Fairbanks in the summer. Kitchen window was broken. Hole in the kitchen floor in front of the dishwasher. Lawn needed mowed. I would recommend this property to anyone who has time to enjoy the many fun things to do there. Be prepared to use the fans if you are there during the gorgeous Fairbanks summer!
