“الفندق جميل والغرفه معقوله مش احسن حاجه لكن معقوله البحر رائع ومنطقة الفندق كبيره والمطعم والاكل معقول مفيش تنوع لكن عادي يحقق الغرض الريزورت حلو ومكانه جميل ونظيف والرحله كانت جميله وهاديه وموظف الاستقبال لطيف وبشوش الوجه بس للاسف رغم اني وصلت بدري شويه تقريبا الساعه 21.30 لكن تم التسكين الساعه 2 تقريبا.. واشكركم على حسن الاستضافه ”

My plane was delayed and i arrived late, tried to communicate with the host, was able to get connected to them 10 mins after midnight, expedia send me an email saying i wont meet anyone, and a code for a lock box will be provided, host refused to check me in claiming that someone will need to meet me and he has no one after midnight, so i had to find a different place to...

“The website is not clear, only military personnel are allowed (if only military personnel are allowed, there is no need to sell the room on this website). It is 20 kilometers away from the city. After waiting, military personnel will come out to explain (and the military is poor in English). On-site refunds are not allowed. I hope that Expedia will clean up such behaviors that waste customer time and energy.”
