“Where to start here, the hotel itself on the face of it looks amazing, a grand reception hall, big bedrooms and swimming pools etc but that’s the facade. It’s in the middle of a nowhere desert , has limited restaurant service, poor food, no alcohol ‘allowed’ and unprofessional, poorly trained staff. “The apartment was excellent, like the photos. The location is very good; close to many services within the area which is clean, safe, and welcoming. The host was gracious and cooperative; it just took us about half an hour to get access to the apartment, otherwise all was great.”

“Room was carpeted which attracted dust. Room stank of cigarettes. I requested a double bed, but was given a room with THREE single beds! Restaurant was full of flies, so could not eat there, as hygiene was poor, as I saw waiter checking temperature of cooked food with his bare hands. Cooked food was cold. I could not wait to leave.”
