She prepared us with lots of details and recommendations for things to do nearby. We had some questions during our stay and Erika was very responsive. There is so much to do in the area - I almost wished we had more time to hang out on the beautiful terraces!”

“Difficult road. Far from the shops. Mainly dark and poorly lit apartment, very hot in summer. Car wrecks and crumbling walls in the immediate vicinity. Property swimming pool away from the house. Ineffective fencing for dogs.”

“Staying in Fietri was like living into a perfect postcard of Tuscany but in the most authentic way possible. The landscape, the small town (just a bunch of houses), the garden, the quiet, the house itself: everything is just as perfect as a Renaissance framework I'm almost fearful of writing about this place because I'd like to keep it just for me, as my personal slice of heaven. But, truly, if you're dreaming of a vacation in the original Tuscany countryside, you should definitely rent this...

“We travelled to Italy for 2 weeks and visited Venice, Florence, Cortona and Rome. Our most favorite stay was without a doubt was this home in Cortona. It was exactly as described and we loved the location. Only downside is parking. If you have a car, you will be lugging your luggage uphill for a good ways from the parking area. ”

“We had a wonderful time in this smashing house. At first not easy to find but once you got there you never want to leave again. Vincenzo, the owner, coached us via What's App while we were getting there. His mom gave us a warm welcome and the introduction to the place. The sight is spectacular. The outside pool is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool boy would show up every second day. Inside is plenty of room, four spacious bedrooms, great dinner table and a big and well equipped...

“Il proprietario è una persona colta ed educata, cordialissimo e gentile, che è venuto apposta a trovarci non avendo potuto venire ad accoglierci personalmente. Siamo stati accolti dalla signora Luciana, gentilissima e cordialissima anche lei che ci ha dato tutte le istruzioni utili con grande chiarezza. “Our two adult children who were studying abroad met us here with our younger two children. We had two nights in a 12 day stay in Italy. Of all our stops, this was by far our favorite. “This property in near everything we wanted to see yet far away from the busy tourist areas. Everything we wanted to see was a short drive away. At the end of the day we could retreat back to our villa and relax and get a good nights rest. Carine was a real sweetheart and very responsive. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this property. First, Thiago was a great host who was extremely helpful in all facets of the stay. The property is beautiful and really unique- it feels like you have your own Tuscan villa, but are still close to the town of Siena. It's a great compromise between staying in the actual city and in the country. The downside is that there is a decent walk to the town square (about 25 minutes) but it's very doable.
