We had a wonderful family holiday and Suleyman couldn’t do enough for us in terms of making our journey and stay as comfortable and easy as possible. “We arrived and kitchen tap was hanging off . Toilet broke first time of flushing and ran all night . Kettle fused first time of use No pillowcases No tea towels or oven gloves - Told to buy our own . Pool motor held open with splintered piece of wood dangerous to walk near. Rusty garden loungers despite told we were the first to stay . After 2 days of our week stay we left as house unsafe , not finished . ”

“On arrival no one met us at the villa we had to go to another accomodation for the keys, they were very un helpful and didnt know where the villa was. As it was night time when we arrived there was no name on the villa so we just had to chance it was the right one by looking at an online picture and trying the keys.
