“The property has various types of lodging facilities - from rooms, to cottages to apartments and caravan park. There is no breakfast per se. The location is great - around 5 minutes drive from the city center. You can also walk for around 10-15 mins to be there. The city center has quite a few restaurants and eating options. Self parking withing the property is very convenient and fast. Would stay here again for sure !!”

“Overall acceptable “motel” but probably not worth the value , it’s close to the lake but certainly not to the front. The “front” of the rooms offer fantastic views and sounds from a trafficking road instead. Rooms are pretty old fashioned and the bed was garnished with a brownie fake ( and dusty) fur. Welcoming was excellent though but certainly not sufficient to compensate.”

“This was one of our favorite properties during our stay in New Zealand. An extremely large one bedroom unit with kitchen and living area. Comfy bed and milk and water stocked in the fridge. No A/C, but not needed as quickly as it cools down after sunset. Very walkable to everything in town.”

“this is a standard chain hotel type of place. it was fine and we had a nice stay. nothing great, nor nothing bad. check in went efficiently. the staff was helpful. it's close to downtown and the waterfront.”

“This motel has decent provisions with a kitchenette, large bed and good sized bathroom. Its nice park close to your room door so luggage transfer is a breeze. Nice to sit out on your own patio or the larger table in the lawn. Laundry facility worked out well. The front desk hostess was helpful with suggestions of places to eat and shop in town. The motel is within walking distance of the waterfront, national park visitor center and restaurant/shopping district. ”
