“The property was in a great neighborhood but the traffic outside our door was at times deafening making it hard to sleep. The room smelled of stale smoke. We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. Our property manager did his best but we think it would have been most helpful to have a page of instructions available to guide us and troubleshoot any problems. “We absolutely loved the property, it was massive and decorated with Tuscan charm. It was exactly as pictured, and we adored everything about it. One drawback was the street to get into the courtyard was tight, and on a hill, but we managed just fine. The kitchen was huge and I wish we had time to cook a true Italian meal, but maybe next time! Definitely recommend.”

“The great things about this accommodation is the location: only a few tram stops from the airport and 3 minutes walk from the station ( the same tram takes you to the main station in central area in 20 min ). And all rooms including the kitchen and bathroom seemed very very clean and looked after, no dust or hairs! Catia was very friendly and easy to deal with. Only thing was that you are actually sharing the kitchen when/ if there are other travellers staying in the flat which I didn’t realise...
