“We are local and only stayed as having work done on the house, so have eaten there many times. Pleasantly surprised how nice and well maintained the room was and very clean. Great atmosphere in the bar, and will recommend to our visitors and the staff were really lovely. ”

“Hotel molto antico ma ben rimodernato. Ci è capitata una camera piccolissima, praticamente un sottotetto, però grazioso anche se un po' scomodo. Il bagno era funzionale. L'accoglienza un po' sui generis, niente di che (per stampare il boarding pass ci hanno mandato alla biblioteca locale). Posiziona buona per girare i dintorni.”

“Fabulouso!! Ruth was a lovely hostess, very warm and welcoming. This period property was very well maintained, cosy and decorated tastefully. Amazing bathroom, comfortable bed, Welsh cakes a very nice touch and a breakfast full of fine ingredients - down to the homemade marmalade which we bought a jar! We will most definitely return!”

“Excellent Inn B&B - super friendly polite staf. good pub food excellent meal deal £16 for a main course and a pint pp. Double whiskey £5. Good size room. Ensuite with a bath (took a while to fill but was fine). here is a bit of boise from th pub area below but nothing too bad Breakfast was very good. Noticed locals, customers and passers by coming in to have a breakfast which is a good sign. Much Wenlock is a lovely place - plenty to see and walk around. Overall a very pleasant one night...

“I don't know what to say other than I have sent my review to YHA with "top marks" for everything. From the friendly welcome received on check-in to the cleanliness of the room allocated, everything was absolutely perfect for the overnight stay. I slept very well & enjoyed the morning coffee in the café downstairs. It was all spot-on and excellent value for money. I will recommend to friends and I would like to book to stay there again. ”
