“Would have given the 5 stars across the board but one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the amazing pool on the property which was closed the duration of our stay. There was no mention of it when I booked it and we were not told at check in. I was really disappointed. ”

“Amazing stay in Greenmount and we have been a few times before. Never disappoints as great value for money, service always attentive and polite and the room very functional and comfortable. Sad to see it closing down. Wish the staff and management well with the future. ”
