Nestled at the base of Mount Elden in the tranquil Upper Greenlaw neighborhood, this thoughtfully decorated townhome offers the perfect blend of countryside charm set in a serene mountain ambiance.

Just minutes from Flagstaff’s best attractions, this is an ideal spot for families looking to unwind and explore. Snowbowl, hiking, downtown, are all nearby!

Quiet neighborhood and dedicated workspace make this home perfect for remote work. A private backyard with views of Mount Elden, a BBQ grill, dining table, and fire table, set the perfect atmosphere for mountain relaxing!

- Bedrooms: 👑🛌 A restful night’s sleep awaits with a king-sized memory foam bed in the master bedroom and a queen-sized memory foam bed in the second bedroom. Ideal for both parents and kids.
- Bathroom: 🛀 A full bathroom with a bathtub ensures ease and functionality for the whole family.

~Functional Family Living~
Step inside to find a comfy living area equipped with a 58” Roku flat screen smart TV and an array of board games, providing ample entertainment for evenings spent indoors. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare home-cooked meals, and a dining table designed for family gatherings rounds out the culinary experience.

The TV has apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, etc., but your own login credentials will be required.

~ Private Outdoor Oasis~
The home boasts a charming deck with ivy privacy screening and a private fenced-in backyard complete with an outdoor dining table, fire table, and Adirondack chairs. This space is perfect for morning coffees or serene evenings under the stars.

~Adventures at Your Doorstep~
Located just blocks from Bushmaster Park and within minutes of renowned trails like Mt. Elden Lookout and Fatmans Loop, your outdoor escapades are always within reach. A short drive takes you to Historic Downtown Flagstaff, and scenic destinations such as Snowbowl, the Grand Canyon, and Sedona are conveniently accessible for day trips.

~Essential Details~
- Heating: Forced air heating ensures a cozy stay during cooler months.
- Cooling: Ceiling fans and a portable AC and portable evaporative air cooler maintain comfort in warmer weather.
- Kitchen: Perfect for a family’s stay! Full-size kitchen with ample cooking basics available.
- Parking: One off-street parking space is guaranteed, with potential for a second upon inquiry.

Please note that the property is a duplex; while there’s another rental unit downstairs, there are no shared living spaces, ensuring your family's privacy. This unit is number 1 and is the upper unit. Each unit has it's own private backyard area. While staying, please be mindful of the tenant below, and keep loud noises to a minimum.

There is a staircase to enter and exit the home. Once inside, it is all one level.

One security camera near the front door. The downstairs tenant has their own doorbell camera by their door.

Please note the driveway is somewhat steep.

There is no laundry machines in the home. If you need to do laundry, there are multiple laundromats less than 5 minutes away.

Guests have complete and private access to the interior of the home. The driveway is shared with the other unit and guests should park on the left side. Guests do not currently have access to the garage.

We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well.

The best way to get a hold of us through text with the number you received you reservation confirmation message from or via AirBnB messaging. These messages go to our entire team, and you will likely get the fastest response this way 😊

We have a hard-working team, but in an effort to give them and us time with our families, we ask that you be patient with responses between the hours of 7pm and 8:30am.

Cleaning fee will be an additional $30 for stays 7 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.

We have a few rules which we’d like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read.

#1 – Shoes Off
• Please remove your shoes as you enter the house. Thank you so much!

#2 – Pets
• For the consideration and safety of our cleaners and future guests with allergies please do not bring pets onto the property. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.

#3 – No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use
• Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking, no vaping, or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.

#4 - Number of Guests
• Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone!

#5 – No Parties
• Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level city ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding!

#6 - Please Clean Up Dishes
• If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help.

#7 - Check Out is 10AM
• Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We can’t stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this accommodation is $25.

#8 - Lights and Electronics
• We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.

A security hold will be placed on your card a few days before your check-out date.

Ski Trip to Snowbowl
We like staying at Vrbo locations, since being in a home is much better for us, since we like to make our own meals and each of us has our own room. My daughter and I take frequent trips up to Snowbowl during the ski season. This place was clean and had everything we needed and close to a safeway store and town, but we only go skiing and pick up stuff to make on our own. Large enough for us to relax and close to what we were looking for.
