“They did not hold the room with double beds I reserved. Fortunately I was traveling with my child. They did upgrade the king bed room but then expected me to switch for my two day stay. $40/day tip for valet seemed high and silly since lot was next to hotel. Pool was nice and restaurant and tiki bar good. ”

Abviamo avuto un problema importante in camera: polvere e sporcizia dilagante e la tenda principale che non si tirava su, lasciando la stanza al buio. Ho dovuto sollecitare tre volte un intervento, attendere quasi un'ora in stanza mentre provavano a sistemare questa tenda e facevano una...
