“L’hotel è nuovo. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Abbiamo usato la lavanderia e tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione. La colazione eccellente: per la prima volta abbiamo trovato il bacon a colazione!!!!”

“Our reservation had been canceled by an unknown source and took service person over 20 minutes to figure it out. The bathroom was not clean, esp the toilet. Many items were not available at breakfast - no juice, no cinnamon rolls, no fruit. Very disappointing stay. ”

“Every staff member I encountered was excellent. My original reservation was staying until the 16th. They told me there was no issue with me chekcing out on the 15th. I have not rec'd the credit back yet but I assume it will take a few days. ”
