“The home home was clean and for me, ideally located between my dad’s home and Siesta key beach,. I come down from Michigan to visit my dad and family 2 times a year, staying in various rentals. It is comfortable and parking right in front of the rental makes unloading of suit cases convenient. My interaction with Sheri, the host. Was very pleasant and most helpful! I will be scheduling my next trip down in the spring and will be staying here, again!”

“The Coconut Palm is located in the historic Pinecraft community of Sarasota. It is well located to access downtown Sarasota and the beaches. There are restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood was very quiet.The suite was comfortable, lovely decor and well-appointed. The only drawback for me was what seemed thin walls and flooring between suites. I was aware of conversations from other suites and walking around from the suite above.”
