“The room and social areas were clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting by the pool. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was excellent. However, the restaurant service was the worst. Not enough staff, too long of a wait for the food, confusing messages about the use of the coupon voucher given at arrival. ”
