So many people have commented on the limited seating in the living area, but no one has mentioned that the seating isn't very comfortable for older people. Unless you sit on a kitchen chair, you may have a hard time getting comfortable or even getting out of the one chair. The small couch is also not easy to sit in unless you are young and flexible. “We really enjoyed our stay. The recent house renovations were done well and the furniture was all very comfortable. Having a pool, grill and screened porch were great bonuses. We didn't use it but there's a great fire pit area and a decent sized yard to play catch/yard games. The path to the dock was a bit longer than expected but not too bad. “Firstly this house is the best location to stay if you are going to a wedding at Lake Lanier islands. It was 6 min from the house to anywhere on the island. Also we were thankful to be greeted by some brownies. The house itself had everything we needed and it felt like I was home all the time and made things easy.
