Benvenuti a Swell Cottage! Fantastica Folly Beach di seconda fila con vista sull'oceano

Casa fantastica con ampio cortile recintato, dall'altra parte della strada dalla spiaggia e dal passaggio pedonale. A due isolati dal mercato locale, a quattro isolati dal molo Folly e dal centro della città. Doccia esterna protetta con acqua calda e fredda per lavare via la sabbia tra le dita! Ottima vista sull'oceano da due ponti. Veranda / veranda chiusa chiusa appena fuori dalla cucina che conduce alla griglia. Grande soppalco per bambini. Forniamo anche attrezzature per bambini (seggiolone, cancelletti, pak'n'play), quindi è una cosa in meno da mettere in valigia.
Spaziosa cucina abitabile con un grande tavolo da fattoria che può ospitare 8 persone, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile aggiornati e ripiani in granito. C'è la TV via cavo nella camera da letto al primo piano, soggiorno e 3 ° piano, DVD, videoregistratore. C'è una bella lavatrice e asciugatrice bosch nel mezzo bagno al primo piano. La casa dispone anche di servizio internet wireless e riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata. Ci sono giochi da spiaggia per bambini, boogie board e una tavola da surf per principianti per l'uso degli inquilini, sedie a sdraio e un ombrellone. Evita il fastidio dei parcheggi a pagamento in città e parcheggia l'auto nel parcheggio privato fuori strada a casa. Non è necessario guidare per esplorare tutti i graziosi negozi e ristoranti poiché è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi da Center Street e dal molo di Folly Beach. Il nostro cortile è grande per gli standard della spiaggia e completamente recintato. Ci sono doppi cancelli all'ingresso del vialetto che possono chiudere. Abbiamo anche un bel tavolo da picnic accanto alla griglia di propano all'aperto per mangiare tutti i fantastici pasti in spiaggia.



C'è un'area separata per il primo piano e un'area di stoccaggio solo per uso domestico. Questo spazio non è occupato o in affitto e non è incluso nella metratura della casa in affitto.

Folly Beach Spring Break
Basically every review on this house is exceptional, and with good reason. It’s the perfect beach house for a getaway with kids..the ocean is steps away, restaurants are down the street and the house is exactly as advertised. Lynn is very easy to work with, and we had zero complaints. Stay here if you can.

Folly Beach Christmas
Our family had an amazing time spending our Christmas at Folly Beach. The house had lots of space for our party of 7 and was in an amazing location close to the beach and was walkable to downtown. The house was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. The host Lynn was a very responsive host and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this beach house and our family hopes to return again one day in the future.

My family was able to enjoy an amazing, relaxing Thanksgiving during a tough time for us. This home made things relaxing, it made it easy for everyone to have their own space, and more importantly it was PEACEFUL!!!! Lynn was super responsive and communicative throughout the booking process!!

Great house
This house was perfect for us, we have 2 small babies so being able to walk back and forth from the house to the beach was so convenient. We loved sitting on the porch and watch the ocean as we drank our coffee every morning. The house was so comfortable for our family, we had an amazing time. It was hot so the walk downtown was a little uncomfortable but we did it with several small children and it was doable. Would highly recommended this house for anyone looking for a nice beach vacation

Best of Everything
We had an amazing stay at Swell Cottage! Traveling with my 80 year old father so easy access to the beach was essential and it was just steps away from the house! Also very easy to walk to shops and restaurants which we did almost daily. The location was also easy to shoot into Charleston for added adventures. The house was so charming and plenty of room for our group (3 adults and 2 tweens). More than enough space and additional hang out space on the outside porch. The owners are amazing and provide everything to help make your stay great - beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cart, beach toys, mats, umbrellas- it was all there to utilize and all in great shape! We will definitely be back!

We loved everything about this place! It was perfect! Great location. Plenty of room. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Loved the patio! Decor was so cute! It had everything we could possibly need. We loved our weekend here and can’t wait to come back!

This house is fantastic! Everything is so walkable & with 5 of us, there was plenty of space. This house has everything you need for a beach vacation - chairs, cooler, tents, games, surf board, boogie boards, and a beach wagon. Restaurants & shops a short walk away. We will be back!!

Paradise
The Swell Cottage met all of our expectations and provided us with a wonderful beach vacation at Folly Beach. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of five. It was very clean and bigger and roomier than we expected. The view from the decks and the very short walk to the beach made all the difference. The house came with comfortable beds, a large supply of towels to use, and all the necessities needed for staying in the house (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc). Although we brought all of our beach items, the house also came with a huge supply of everything you would need for enjoying a day at the beach like beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. My kids also enjoyed the outdoor corn hole and connect four games. Our family also loved our short evening walks to all the downtown shops and restaurants at Folly. We had an amazing week at the Swell Cottage and would love to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Vacay
We just spent a week at the amazing Swell Cottage (2 adults; 3 kids--12, 13, 16). The Charleston Low Country with its fabulous beaches is my favorite place to visit. I hope to live there one day. Finding a place like the Swell Cottage only enhanced that feeling. The location is perfect--sitting on a large lot, directly across the street from a beach access, while being close enough to town and the pier to walk without issue. It was so well stocked with plenty of towels, beach gear, kitchen supplies, games, and more. The pictures and description are accurate to what I experienced. It felt like home the minute we walked in. A highlight was the private outdoor shower. After a day at the beach or a long run in humid weather, nothing beats an outdoor shower. OH, and the deck space is amazing. The 2nd floor deck had great furniture and stayed shaded throughout most of the day. Coffee and/or cocktails on that deck with an ocean view and breeze was fantastic. I spend a lot of time researching places and I recommend this beach cottage without hesitation. I did not want to leave.

Great yard!
Great location and huge yard with palm trees and plants. You can see the ocean from the second floor and hear the waves at night. We were able to walk into town with no problem. The beach was only across the street. Our 4 year old loved the loft for sleeping.

Great house!
We loved this house, it has so much character. It's kinda quirky, but in a good way! Great porch with ocean views. We sat out there all the time - coffee, cocktails, reading, dinner. Great people watching as you can see the beach access easily from house. Outdoor shower is fantastic. I took every shower there. House is well stocked with trash bags, handsoap, detergent, starter paper towels and toilet paper which is nice. The location is so convenient to everything.

Perfect beach house
I’ve lost track of how many times we have rented this house. It is in a great location, right across from beach access. I spend most of my time on the porch watching and listening to the ocean. It has a great fenced yard for kids to play in. Everything you might need is stocked. Including beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and a cooler. I could go on and on. My family loves this house. If you’re visiting Folly Beach its a perfect spot to make lots of memories.

We loved our stay! The location was spectacular, close to restaurants/bars, Bert’s market, tennis/picklball/basketball courts, and the beach. This prime location is in a quiet residential part of the island. The listing description is accurate. We hope to visit again.

Spring Break 2024
We had a great time week relaxing with family. The house was clean and comfortable. Had all the beach amenities you could want. Enjoyed the Weber grill for some burgers and hotdogs one night. Great location to walk to local restaurants and close to Charleston. Would definitely stay here again.

After Christmas getaway
This house is in the perfect location! You can see the ocean from the balconies & it’s a short walk to town. The downstairs bedroom is very small which may be difficult for 2 people. There are lots of stairs & only showers, no tub. It was a great place for us to stay!

Multigenerational trip
We had a lovely 3 generation stay at this well-appointed cottage. The location was amazing with convenient access to the beach, parking for 3 cars, and beautiful patios with amazing views. There were more beach chairs and umbrellas than we could possibly use and everything was in working order. Very happy with our stay!
