“This property is a good place to stay. Traffic and trains are a tad noisy but you have the same issue with other properties in the area. Lots of restaurants and shopping with walking distance and a free hop on hop off bus service that loops to stores and restaurants further away. Nice pool, hot tub and exercise facility. “Everything was great until I took a shower and discovered that there was no shower gel! I bathed with handsoap the first night. I understand mistakes happen, but this is an essential. Someone should be checking. Also the outdated in suite coffee packs with artificial sweetners that no one uses, the powder cream and ONE sugar in each pack. “buona la posizione, vicina alla fermata bart, safeway, autostrada. parcheggio sotto l’hotel gratuito. ci sono alcune cose che andrebbero migliorate, quali la colazione troppo esigua, le finiture quali gli infissi e la porta del bagno. per il resto abbastanza nuovi i mobili ed il letto, pulita la camera, buono il set di asciugamani, i saponi, la tv. personale cortese e sorridente.”

“An excellent position in town is not enough to make an excellent hotel. Quality price ratio below expectations, considering the price paid per night (about 500 USD). Premium room with awesome view, but quite small and rather "wilted". Not all staff equally friendly and patient with non English proficient guests. Breakfast was the lowest point: poor variety of food and beverages, all cheaper hotels we stayed in during our trip in California did much better. Continental breakfast? I wonder what...

“This hotel is in a great location. The building is beautiful. Everything was very clean and lovely. We appreciated the coffee and croissants for breakfast. Nice bar and restaurant on-site. The way they make the competitive pricing work is by offering pretty small but very efficient rooms. We're an old married couple so we don't mind having to brush our teeth next to the bed, but this might not be for those who are looking for a more spacious and romantic setting. “We booked an Embarcadero view room and ended up with a room looking out into a brick building and garbage cans. Cool seeing Giants players in the Elevator and Lobby. The room was average you pay for the location which can’t be beat! ”

"Stanza pulita e discretamente spaziosa, molto simpatico il “menù” da cui poter scegliere i cuscini! Bagno completo di tutto il necessario. Nella hall sono presenti un distributore d’acqua, caffè, tè, biscotti e frutta! Noi avevamo una stanza sul retro quindi molto silenziosa. Comodo anche il servizio di deposito bagagli. "
