Benvenuti a 7 MILES OF PARADISE (:( :(: Il posto che vi farà tornare anno dopo anno. Siamo situati sulla punta meridionale di Fort Myers Beach. Il nostro Beach Front Condo è a pochi passi dalla tua spiaggia privata. Pinchers Tiki Bar & Grill si trova a soli 2 isolati a nord del nostro condominio, è possibile raggiungere a piedi il sentiero o la spiaggia per arrivare lì, hanno 2 per 1 drink speciale tutto il giorno e un ottimo happy hour su cibo e bevande da 3 a 6 Pm.
Direttamente attraverso Estero Blvd. è Santini Plaza che ha molti ristoranti da Truly Scrumptious per un'ottima colazione o gelato e dessert. Castaway Bar ha un menu completo con Great Pizza e intrattenimento serale con band dal vivo e balli. Sand Bar è uno Sports Bar & Grill con un menu completo. Il ristorante messicano di Skye serve colazione e fantastici margarita. Il South Beach Grill è una raffinata bistecca e ristorante di pesce che hanno ottimo sushi. Anche in Plaza è una metropolitana, e Francesco's Deli.
C'è anche una farmacia CVS, un negozio di liquori, un ufficio postale e molti altri negozi di souvenir e abbigliamento e due miglia a nord c'è un negozio di alimentari di Publix.

Scopri il North End dell'isola e molte fermate lungo la strada.
Puoi guidare o fare una breve corsa in tram o prendere un taxi per il North End dell'isola, dove ci sono molti altri ottimi ristoranti come Sunset Grill, Smoking Oyster Brewery, Yucatan, Nervous Nellei's, Fish House Pier Side Grill e molti altri e se vuoi acquistare un souvenir o dei vestiti nuovi per la spiaggia da cui hai diversi negozi tra cui scegliere.

I may not have enough space to put my comments in perspective. My comments in no way are negative about the unit. It is beautifully remodeled and well stocked with essentials. The dual recliners are a big plus and the reason we selected this unit. Any negative comments or ratings apply to the state of Ft, Myers Beach recovery itself.There were very few dining options on the island. You had to go "off Island". Traffic and access to dining facilities near Times Square were limited do to construction of what I believe to be an eventual traffic circle around Margeritaville.Many of the high rise buildings are not reopened yet. Without a major incentive to rebuild dining options, both traffic and congestion will be untenable.Regarding the Estero Beach & Tennis facilities itself, We realized that beach replenishment was still a work in progress. The beach was closed most of the week.The parking lot needs some low level lighting. I know about the Turtle nesting issues and other limitations.Suggestions about the unit. A clock would be nice and a channel guide listing the ones included in the TV package available. Using the channel guide was frustrating because most channel selected required an upgrade.Regarding communicating through VRBO. It was a hit & miss proposition. We received some but not all. I could not see a way to respond to the owners.The owners were very gracious and respectful to our needs and would do everything to answer any questions.I

Absolute Treasure
I have zero negative things to say about this property. I'm picky; I want a clean, quiet, updated stay and this condo checks every box, plus there's a gorgeous beach right outside. I wasn't sure that I would like the studio layout, but it was great for the two of us. The blinds block the outside light and the kitchen lights are so that they don't flood the bed with light. There is a dehumidifier and it's one of the reasons the condo is so nice, so be willing to empty it. It pulls a lot of water out of the air. It's one of the best places we have ever stayed. And the owners are equally great!

Quick trip
Unfortunately, our trip got cut short due to Hurricane Milton, but the owners were incredibly easy to work with. The place is beautiful and a perfect location. We really enjoyed our 2 days even though the weather did not cooperate!

Perfection
My husband and I had an absolutely perfect getaway staying at Grant and Kelly’s Estero Beach and Tennis Club Condo. The condo has recently been renovated and is absolutely beautiful with everything you need for your getaway. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the condo was spotless. The pool is large with lots of chairs for sunbathing, and we even got in some Pickleball while we were there. The highlight, however, for us was stepping outside the door and walking down to the beach. Every day was another opportunity to explore its beauty and walk, shell, swim and play. Although much of Fort Myers Beach is still rebuilding, many restaurants were open, and we enjoyed some delicious meals out. We had a fantastic time and I look forward to visiting Fort Myers Beach again. Jennifer C - Michigan

Lovely stay
Kelly & Grant were easy to reach and answered all of our questions. Very clean condominium, comfy bed, and large TV (husband liked that). The condo has everything you need right there for a great beach stay, including outdoor games, chairs, umbrella + anchor, beach towels and more. The pool is always so well kept as are all of the outdoor spaces at Estero Beach Tennis Condos. Parking super easy and convenient. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to call home, when away from home.

Great place to stay!
We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed every second. The location is great; there is access to a more private area of the beach, and it's close to shopping and dining. The check-in was easy, and the apartment was easy to find. Very clean & well-stocked place! We'd definitely stay here again next time we are in Fort Myers.

Excellent Hospitality
Fort Myers is still struggling to recover from Hurricane Ian, but that didn't stop us from having a great vacation there. Our condo was delightful, the beach was easily accessible (a few obstacles, but nothing terrible). We were in regular communication with the owners because our building was scheduled to begin being painted 3 days after we arrived. They were very helpful. Fortunately, the contractor did not get to our side of the building until the morning we checked out. Someone was watching over us. Don't hesitate to visit Fort Myers. There are plenty of restaurants open, not a whole lot of shopping, but Publix on Estero is open and thriving, and that was a big help. And the beach is, as always, is wonderful.

Beautiful Beach Condo
Beautiful condo in a great location. Great views. Condo had everything as advertised. Beautiful tile floors throughout, kitchen and bath are both super nice. Looking for a cozy couples getaway? This is a great choice. Has everything you need in a great location on the Gulf of Mexico.

The perfect get away
Great place if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. The beach is right out the back door and the hosts were there for are every need. Sit on the balcony at night and eat dinner or take the trolly into the heart of the town for lots of delicious fresh seafood. FMB is coming back!!

Grant was so good to walk us through anything we didn't understand
Although they are working furiously to rebuild, our stay was delightfully beautiful. All the workers were courteous and gentle around any guests. Everything is well maintained considering the devastation they endured. I'd highly recommend because it is getting better every day. we like bars and entertainment but it is all gone around the tennis club. You pretty much have to drive to get to some entertainment unless you are able to walk a few miles

Hurricane aftermath
This suite was clean and well appointed and the beach at Fort Myers was beautiful, however, the VRBO host failed to disclose pertinent details regarding ongoing construction within the building, around the property and neighborhood, exhibiting a lack of transparency. Just one example would be, when asked if there was a code to get into the building, she said no code was needed. She failed to inform that no code was needed because there was no door, no windows, and the main floor was under construction, and down to its bare beams. You must sign a liability waiver for all the construction going on. There are no restaurants or food trucks nearby and even if you wanted to travel to them a few miles away, it often takes over an hour to get there as traffic is heavily backed up with all the construction. We ended up doing a lot of our own cooking rather than using our time in traffic. To reiterate, the suite is lovely and the beach is wonderful and my heart goes out to all those who have had to rebuild after the hurricane. It is just important to be upfront and honest about your venue so people are able to make informed decisions for themselves. Had we had clear communication about the circumstances, we would have gone ahead with renting this unit, recognizing the importance of openness. Such transparency could have averted the sour taste left in our mouths and the feeling of being misled.

Great summer vacation
We had a great time! The beach and pool were both great! We arrived and the umbrella was broken and they shipped us a new one immediately. Great place to stay! All updated and balcony is nice too!

Do this don’t do that !!!
Room was very nice ! Soon as we walked in there’s a to do / don’t do list !!!! What ?? Could not even enjoy the pool because of the pool cop !!! Can’t even have a bottle of water on pool ledge - never been anywhere that was so strict ! First time at ft myers and will be going back to Siesta Key for sure

We stayed for a week in this property and it was fantastic! Great location and the view was nice being able to see the ocean and Estero Blvd. The private beach was not crowded and everyone was friendly all the way around. A lot of good restaurants and shops were in walking distance and if you don't have a car a trolee stop is right across the street for .75¢ a ride. I definitely will recommend anyone to stay at this condo, the owners are very responsive and friendly as well! I will definitely be booking again in the future when we return!

Kickback and relax..
My wife and I found this rental to be very clean and a perfect place to Kick Back and Relax. Everything was in walking distance so we did not need to rent a car from the airport. First day there you take the trolley to the Publix just a mile or so up the road then Uber back with whatever you need for the week. ( water snacks etc ) Five different restaurants just across the street to choose from also a CVS pharmacy. Tiki bar on the beach called Pinchers had excellent food and entertainment every day. We already booked to go back next year such a relaxing week we had.

First Fort Meyers stay
The property was amazing. We loved we were on the harbor view because every morning we had a sunrise. The property was supplied with everything we needed. We eventually was able to time our drive with Estero traffic. Loved it!
