Godrete con aria di sfida i vostri pasti nella nostra moderna cucina a tema casale recentemente ristrutturata. È completamente attrezzato con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo il waffle maker !!!, il tostapane, un frullatore commerciale, piatti, bicchieri, stoviglie e, naturalmente, pentole e padelle nel caso in cui decidiate di restare e gustare un pasto fatto in casa. Oltre a questa cucina raffinata, abbiamo una sala da pranzo che può ospitare comodamente 8.

La piscina è riscaldata nei freddi mesi invernali della Florida. La facciata e il cortile di questa casa offrono uno splendido paesaggio verde tutto l'anno. L'area della piscina ha un recinto che tiene fuori gli insetti di madre natura in modo che tu possa goderti comodamente giorno e notte l'area salotto all'aperto che include la zona pranzo esterna aggiuntiva, sedie a sdraio. e ovviamente la griglia a gas per barbecue.

Beautiful Quiet Stay
This is a beautiful home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Maggie and Tony were great hosts: easy communication. Only reason I didn't give all 5 stars: Pool vacuum hose was attached and we had to maneuver around it. Not a big issue. I'm sure, if we had asked, we would have been given instructions on how to remove it.

Lovely home for a family gathering
The property was just as shown in the photos and was perfect for our family getting together. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of furniture inside and out to gather and talk, dine, etc. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and communication was seamless. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic home and fast responding hosts. Everything I wanted!
This home had everything we needed. We loved the pool area and the kitchen and the large dining table. Clean and comfortable beds and very, very helpful hosts! Well located, and the numerous small, thoughtful touches of coffee, snacks, and laundry detergent put it over the top. It's very close to the downtown area and several beaches but it's also located in a nice neighborhood that's quiet and extra private yard. Great stay!

Trouble in paradise, never again!
Both tub /showers were in poor condition. One had tile hanging off around water spout. Living room rug had holes worn through it. Internet was poor going down frequently. Felt like I paid top dollar for a marginal property. Pool was nice but a lot of dust got trough the screen cage from surrounding trees. Pool had a skim of dust on it 4 hours after it was cleaned.

A hidden gem! Amazing getaway!
The Farmhouse is spectacular! The home was very clean and there was more than enough amenities in case you forgot something. We loved the privacy in the yard and the pool enclosure. The beds were all comfortable and linens were just like hotels. Clean and super comfy. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. Maggie & Tony were quick with responses and even recommended some great local eats and activities that were happening during our stay. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again soon!

Amazing and Comfortable
What an amazing home! It was so homey and comfortable!!! The decorations are awesome. It had everything we needed! The pool and the landscaping around the back yard was great! We must have saw a 100 butterfly’s. The kitchen had everything plus some that we needed. Beds and couch were so comfortable. The kids had a fantastic time in the game room! My family from NY are already planning their trip back!!! The hosts were super friendly and gave great tips about the area. Definitely will return 😀

Do not waste your time
I booked this seemly "charming" house based off the reviews and photos. I been with VRBO for years and this is the worst by far! When we arrived to the property and the yard was overgrown it probably has not been cut in months! I'm a homeowner so I know what the grass looks like when it not been cut in months. We almost needed a machete to walk to the front door. The plants beside the sidewalk crowded the walkway plus high grass made me afraid of snakes crawling because we came in at night a lot. Walking in, I start cleaning because I normal do and because of covid. The house was NASTY! I cleaned poop from under the toilet seat in the master bath DISGUSTING!! The floors have not been swept, rugs have not been vacuumed, and both bathrooms minus the poop were just dirty. It was the kind of dirty that makes you feel dirty after a shower. I think I showered maybe once on our entire stay. The fridge had BROWN GUNK under the glass on top on the white support rail which turned all our stomachs, that helped us decide not to cook and eat out but not bring any left overs back. Day two we stayed out as long as possible. I also reached out to the renter to ask if we could have two of my family member come visit. We seen a post from May about how the renters get about company, so I want to be sure it was ok. My mom and grandfather who is older came down from Thursday to Sunday and rented thru VRBO also. Day three was SCARY my mom and grandfather came to visit at the property. The grass is VERY OVERGROWN it made my 78 year old grandfather fall. The place has a hidden coy pond when he fell he fell on the rocks and stump of the coy pond. We got him up and in the house, where he passed out and had to call the EMTs! Needless to say they didn't come visit again. The renters told me the gardener and pool boy would come on day 3 and day 4. The gardener came after my grandfather fell and we left. When we arrive at dark we noticed the FRONT yard were cut a little to late. All of this happed while hurricane Elsa was on the water heading toward Fl. So before my grandfather fell I was talking to the renter about leaving early because of the hurricane. She was so adamant about not refunding us our money. I didn't want a complete refund just for what I haven't used, we were on day 3 of seven in our stay. She stated it was their policy even if there was a hurricane. The renter stated " we had the policy for so long we cant change it now " WE LEFT DAY 4! Not staying again!!

Private not so much. To be watch as if I was a child on cameras and a ring door bell ruined my trip
I felt as if I was under surveillance 24/7 at this home . The property manager was very intrusive on my rights in a home I rented for my family . The listing was changed after I had rented and she tried to charge me 40 dollars a person for anyone I had come visit even though I was at the 8 person max and did not go over. I ran out of propane first day to cook was told that’s my problem. She even went as far as stopping by when the ring door bell notified her of over use of the front door. She ruined my small Mother’s Day gathering i spent about 1000 dollars for 3 nights and she seemed to bug us every one of the days. If I could add pictures of what they call clean I would as I took them for proof. I would not rent here again. Just did all five stars to see if it would take my review
