“Tybee Island Inn. Love that it's an historic property. In the front court yard sits a hugh shaded oak tree filled with lots of spanish moss. The court yard had lots of tropical plants, a beautiful fountain, a swing and a welcoming porch etc. My room had a private deck with a view of the courtyard. A healthy breakfast was served daily. Beach towels and chairs were available for use.. Walk to the beach, lighthouse and park were just a few steps away...”

“The B&B was exactly what was needed for an overnight on Tybee Island, my first visit. It was clean and charming and I very much enjoyed the hospitality of the innkeeper, Rick! He was not only gracious as the host but full of historic insights. The kilt attire as he served a delicious breakfast was wonderfully unexpected for this Scotch-Irish American girl! We’ll be back as my daughter attends SCAD in nearby Savannah. ”

“The property met all our expectations; however it was a little smaller than what we are used to but we had all the room we needed. We normally go to FL in the gulf so we weren’t as happy with the walk to the beach (pretty long, be sure and have a wagon to pull all your beach stuff in) but we knew this in advance. ”

“Stayed here for a mother-daughter trip & loved it! Very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, & a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Beach towels and other basics are provided to you. Only a few minutes from the marine science center, lighthouse, etc. My only tiny complaint is that our room on the first floor was a little tight and would probably be better for a solo traveler, but I know they can’t do much regarding room sizes! Overall 5 stars :)”

“The room was fantastic and although it’s a fair walk from a lot of the restaurants, that just means it is a lot quieter at night and it allows you to just sit on the porch and relax (without pests bothering you because it’s screened in!). Unfortunately me and my spouse went during some nasty weather, but at least we were in an absolutely lovely place!”
