When I purchased the stay with Expedia I hit the wrong button and purchased Saturday and Sunday. I did purchase the insurance so I called Expedia after four days Expedia said they had it fixed to Friday and Saturday I called the hotel they said they had it fixed as well I called the hotel the day of and they said they switched it back to Saturday, Sunday because Expedia has not changed the dates so I had to buy Friday along with the other two days I had purchased So my brother could stay. I tried to chat with Expedia, and they wanted me to pay money to chat. I immediately tried to call Expedia and could never get through to someone to fix the problem. At the counter couldn't help me because she wasn't a manager, and a manager could not reach out to me because he had left for the day No one ever called Because the hotel said they couldn't do anything about it even though it was supposedly all taken care of three weeks prior to. will never use Expedia again I will tell everyone I ever come in contact with about Expedia And how they stole money from me because they didn't follow through on what they said they had done and fixed the dates so I had to pay for three days instead of 2 and Sunday didn't even get used. that is bad as someone taking money from someone's wallet. "a thief " i am a Director for a major hotel chain, IHG, Hilton, and Marriott.
I will tell everyone in my company this story and everyone I know. along with reviews.
