“It was a quite place except for the walls that are so thin. You can here people snoring in the other room. Keep the ac fan going to muffled the noise from the outside. I wish they have a curtains for the window because with the light outside, it was too bright for us. Otherwise, the room and bathroom is nice and clean. The shower is like in the cruise shower. Tiny. But the bathroom itself has a good space. The room is spacious and i really appreciate the extension outlet that they installed...

“Wonderful place to stay away from the Dallas traffic, but close to amenities, restaurants of north Dallas area. 10 minute drive into Frisco. “We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay.”

“This was such a wonderful stay. Ted and Jackie were the nicest and most accommodating owners I've had the pleasure of working with on Vrbo so far. The house is a guest house that shares the property of the owners main house, but we would have never known they were there once we checked in. “We had a great weekend celebrating our son’s birthday with all of our family! The house had the perfect amount of bedrooms and space indoors and the back patio and pool/hot tub was a total hit with our kids and grandkids! The host was excellent communicator when we were needing assistance with the hot tub! Overall a fantastic place to stay! ”
