“Located in downtown, but it is not worth it. I spent three nights there, and there was no room service, no water replacement, no towels replacement, no breakfast included, no park included… just one bedroom with restroom that I had to set up by myself, for more than 300$ per night! A bad way to use COVID as an excuse, so to keep the price high, avoiding basic services.”

“I surprised my fiancè with a birthday trip to Portland. A few days before, I called and asked the hotel if they could hang a birthday banner and some balloons in our room if I had the decorations shipped there. Rebekah and Roman at the front desk were more than accommodating! When we got up to our room, it was decorated beautifully and really added something special to our trip. We have stayed here once before and cannot recommend this hotel enough. Perfect location, extremely comfortable rooms...
