“The room looked like the picture but when we arrived there were long brunette hairs on the sheets. The room didn’t feel clean and there were no water fountains or amenities.”

“Room was spacious and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Pool and gym were great. Patio area with fire pit was a great space for us hang out, eat and let the kids have more space to move about. Close to everything! Overall, a great stay and would recommend to others for a nice, quick stay in Lancaster.”

“The cottage was a very clean, cozy, well-decorated, and warm place with a comfy bed!. A great home away from home stay for the Christmas season. We LOVED our stay and would definitely stay there again!”

“Stayed 14 nights. First morning there was a guy across the street with a jackhammer going off at 6am. Next night kids at hotel were setting off fireworks at 11p. 2 days later the fire alarm went off at 8am, had to evacuate the room. Most nights there were lots of kids running thru the hotel. You could hear their room’s door slam shut. Often. Morning #13 the fire alarm went off again. Had to evacuate again. Breakfast was very mediocre at best.”

“The stay was awesome. Our room was musky-smelling but the beds were comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned better before we arrived but it was well stocked. The hot tub was a definite perk of this hotel and the kids loved that the pool was open until 10:30. Breakfast was amazing and there were so many options. The staff working the buffet were so hard working and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The gentleman at the front desk wasn’t the warmest fellow but he...
