Posizione ottima
La struttura si trova a pochi passi dal centro della città ed è molto comoda per la presenza del box auto che a Funchal è quasi fondamentale. Corine è stata molto disponibile nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze. A pochi passi si trova anche un supermercato dove poter rifornirsi in caso di necessità.

Really good choice
The apartment is in a really good place, in the "zona velha" of Funchal just 5 minutes walking from the main street. It's big and clean. There is a balcony for drying clothes. The garage is a really good plus because it's not easy to find where to park your car. Paulo has been really kind to us and Corina (the housekeeper) is amazing. She lives upstairs and helped us with whatever we needed. We really suggest booking this apartment!

we stayed for 9 days in the apartment and it was perfectly suited for what we needed. Very close to the old town area along with restaurants, shops, etc.. visited soccer practice nightly and there was a very nice café/bar on the corner.

Vier Wochen Madeira
Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt von Funchal gut aufgehoben. Alles in der Nähe: Supermarkt, Bäcker und alle Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Garagenplatz war Gold wert, in Funchal findet man kaum kostenfreie Parkplätze. Die Haushälterin war sehr nett und bei jeder Frage sehr hilfsbereit.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage
Die Wohnung gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Garagenstellplatz war unbezahlbar bei der Parksituation auf Madeira. Die Waschmaschine wurde gern genutzt um schnell mal Wäsche durchzuspülen. Der zwar kleine Balkon lud am Abend zu Verweilen ein. Das Zentrum und der Hafen waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Great stay
Great stay! The appartment was very clean and very well positioned in the city. Corina was of great help when needed, and we had everything we needed from the kitchenware to beach towels. It is hot as there is no AC, but the nights are fresher and there is a fan available which made it comfortable nonetheless. I highly recommend the place!!

We found this to be a good place as a base to visit Funchal Madeira. We planned to use the well appointed kitchen (big fridge, Nespresso pod machine, microwave, electric kettle, gas cooker, full range of utensils provided)but there are some wonderful cheap Portuguese run eateries nearby so we didn’t bother. It is a one bedroom unit. Beds were very comfortable. The area is very quiet at night. The bathroom was great, with great water pressure and adequate hot water. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding available if needed. The washing machine was essential for us and was very good. The unit is well located close to everything. Corina was upstairs for any help required. It was a great place to explore the island from.

Schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung
Wir waren im Mai für 2 Wochen in Funchal. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Man ist sehr schnell in der Stadt wenn man abends nochmal raus geht. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Stellplatz in der Garage im Haus. Da wir einen Leihwagen hatten ein unschätzbarer Vorteil, da es fast unmöglich ist einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können nur jedem empfehlen die Insel mal zu besuchen

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage!
Die Wohnung war größer als wir erwatet haben und war sehr sauber! Die Lage ist perfekt und man ist super schnell bei vielen verschiedenen Restaurants oder in der Innenstadt. Nur zu empfehlen! Was noch schön gewesen wäre: ein Haarföhn. Wir hatten leider aufgrund Platzmangel im Gepäck keinen dabei (ich denke so geht es einigen). Aber das ist nur ein Kleinigkeit :)

Great accommodation
Housekeeper Corina was really helpful with everything, the apartment was nice and clean and well-equipped. Close to the Funchal center. Great benefit was having available garage parking place. Negative would be noise from the outside street as it's on steep uphill, so the cars and motorbikes are quite loud until the late night and the one layer glass windows are not really soundproof (but that's probably same for all houses in the area). Second would be mosquitoes, which always somehow got in from outside. But overall, we would recommend this apartment for stay in Funchal.

Dans la vieille ville
Appartement au coeur de la vieille ville avec garage. Stationnement compliqué, place trop étroite. Accueil froid : on vous remet les clés sans aucune info ou explication, débrouillez vous ! Il fait très chaud à l'intérieur, pas de climatisation, un petit ventilateur uniquement. La housse de protection du lit adulte en matière plastique est inadaptée... Voilà pour les problèmes rencontrés et c'est dommage car l'appart est grand et bien situé.
